'Room cleaned every third day, but fresh towels are supplied more often. Ceiling fan and a/c kept the room pleasant. Lots of electrical outlets. Friendly staff. Conveniently central and a short walk to Hamura Saimin. Good value.'

Very convenient having the Marketplace right next door with shops and eateries. Kauai Shores is conveniently located on the island. Very close to the airport, not a far drive to beaches or other attractions. Would stay there again!'

'It was our first time to the Island. We were intrigued by the price. Significantly less than other resorts. It’s centrally located allowing easy access to the north or south parts of the island. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. What we didn’t know was it’s on the rainy side of the island and it’s an older resort, however well maintained. Pools were excellent. Food and drinks at the pool were excellent. They only allow one pool towel per person. That’s stupid. You get what you...
