'Loved this property. Our villas were clean, well maintained and staff was friendly. The linens and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with enough kitchen ware you could prepare meals. The store on site has a variety of basic staples and they made the best lattes with oak milk.
My grandchildren loved the pools and the slides….i can see why Kōloa Landing has won awards for its pools.

The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'

'Very homey feel. Clean. Staff was very nice. Only thing is the check in if you come in late. Was confusing with the whole lockbox thing. It was easy to understand once we were got settled in. But if you are coming from far and new to the area their system was confusing. I would definitely stay here again despite the late check in process. '

The resort is quiet, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
I should be noted that one of the building is undergoing a full remodel so there was some construction noise on occasion.(Late July 2025)
