We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another...

'Air conditioners worked in both living and bedroom areas. Room was very clean except for some funk in the ceiling over the shower. View right on the beach is amazing. Staff was born again and she will yell you all about it.'

'All around a very nice place, lots of families with young children, the staff was great, the food was always good. We did a wedding there because my son the groom had visited this place at lest 3 times prior to this visit and all the family had a good time and the wedding went on without a glitch and I'm sure the wedding couple will attend her again in the future. 'Definitely one of the less expensive places on Kauai, you get what you pay for. Our anniversary stay followed a memorial for a friend in Oahu. So we were looking forward to some down time. 'Stay was lovely. Room was clean and staff made us feel welcomed from the beginning. The resort is small, but it is right on the beach which is great for morning walks or bike rides. You can check out bikes from the hotel that is included in the resort amenities. The pool is heated at night and the hot tub is very relaxing with the ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves. We would definitely be returning. '
