Nani O'Hana is een huis met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, gelegen langs de groene gordel van Poipu Kai. Het is een ideale locatie om te wandelen naar de stranden, tennis, zwembad, Grand Hyatt, Spa, restaurants etc.
Vernieuwd en bijgewerkt in de zomer van 2016, inclusief een op maat gebouwde hoofdslaapkamerdeur geïnstalleerd in 2018, dit is een ruime woning met alle voorzieningen die je zou hopen. Zo gemakkelijk om naar alles te lopen en met een korte rit hebt u ook toegang tot een dozijn meer restaurants, winkels, botanische tuinen, snorkelcruise, zip-lining, ATV rijden, paardrijden etc.

We bieden plaats aan maximaal acht gasten, waaronder kinderen. Onze slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een aangrenzende grote badkamer. Slaapkamer # 2 heeft nog een kingsize bed met bijgevoegde ligbad, slaapkamer # 3 biedt 2 aparte bedden, die kunnen worden samengevoegd om nog een koning te maken en slaapkamer # 4 biedt een stapelbed dat ideaal is voor de 2 kinderen om van te genieten. We hebben een 65-inch smart-tv in de woonkamer, waar u toegang hebt tot Amazon- en Netflix-films. We hebben ook een prachtige eethoek die plaats biedt aan 10 personen voor een avondmaaltijd.

We hebben ook een gasgrill buiten voor uw barbecuebehoeften. Nieuwe plafondventilatoren en verlichting door het hele huis, alle nieuwe meubels, bedden etc. Keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat je zou willen en is full-size voor meer dan "een kok in de keuken". Parkeren op de oprit is gemakkelijk voor 2 auto's en is handig en privé.
De buurt is erg rustig en echt een heerlijke locatie om zo ongeveer alles te bereiken.

The host Jon was very communicative. The property manager was also friendly and helpful. The property is in a very convenient location, with all the beach amenities available to take a brief and easy walk to the kid-friendly Poipu beach! Other activities were also within an easy driving distance, and there were many delicious options for food in the area. Location is great! All rooms appeared as photos show and was very comfortable for our family of seven people to stay in.

Jon, the host was great. He provided ideas for things to do and favorite restaurants to visit, which as first-time visitors to Kauai, we especially appreciated. The location of this property is ideal as we could walk out the door and arrive at Poipu Beach or Shipwreck Beach in 10 minutes. Loved the spacious master bedroom and bath, comfortable living room, and well-equipped kitchen, all of which were sparkling clean.

Fantastic communications and accommodations. Loved the Poipu athletic club membership, all the beach gear and coolers. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including nonstick frying pans, sharp knifes, rice cooker, blender etc. First time I didn't have to go and buy something for the kitchen.

The house was perfect for our family vacation (all adults). The 4 bedrooms provided all of us with our privacy when needed and the large kitchen / living room gave us ample space to come together and truly enjoy our time together.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. There is a BBQ which we used more than once. The property location is excellent as you are only a short walk from Poipu beach or the Grand Hyatt hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet with the house situated on a cul-de-sac minimizing traffic.Everything you need tor a day at the beach is in the garage, from boogie broads to chairs & umbrellas. If you need a wagon to cart it all to the beach, there is one. Coolers and beach towels are included as well. Other than snorkel equipment we did not need to rent anything else.Jon was quick to reply on the few occasions we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Kauai!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! We enjoyed walking to the beach, the Hyatt, the pool (even though it wasn’t as close as we thought it would be). The house was FULLY stocked with everything you could need, complete with boogie boards in great shape, beach chairs, umbrellas, tons of kitchen appliances and dish-ware, linen, towels, etc. Twice we needed help during our stay (i.e. one time the bbq propane tank ran low), and both times our needs were met immediately. The owner is great and quick with communication and also provided great tips for things to do. On one “side” of the house, there is one huge and beautiful master bedroom with attached full bathroom, double sinks, sunken tub, walk in closet. Then you’ve got the open living & dining rooms and kitchen in the “middle” and then on the other “side” of the house is a hallway leading to a bathroom and 3 more bedrooms. One of those bedrooms has a king bed and it’s own attached bathroom which is great, but noting this in case other potential guests care: this second master is way smaller than the first master described earlier. Our family of 7 enjoyed this house and would stay here again…writing this review makes me sad we had to leave! We were two adult couples, a grandma, and a pair of older teenagers (they stayed in the room with the bunkbeds and enjoyed that both bunks were double beds not twins). The air conditioners in all the bedrooms was awesome, and there were plenty of fans as well if a/c isn’t needed.

Wonderful vacation for our family of six!The home was so comfortable for all of us - plenty of room, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, kitchen well stocked, front and backyards were beautiful, excellent plus with a bbq and outside shower, games were fun, and the garage had so many beach toys (including boogie boards, chairs, towels, coolers, wagon, etc.). The location of the home was ideal! Plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive.The homeowners were so helpful and shared so much information about things to do in Kauai. We appreciated all they did to make our stay so memorable, relaxing and enjoyable!

Absolutely loved the location on the greenbelt. Easy walk to the Hyatt or Poipu Beach. Stocked with anything you need from kitchen items to beach supplies. Loved that they provided so many towels. If I could give it a 4.5 I would… our only complaint was a mildewy smell in the bedroom with the bunks. Other than that, great stay. Would recommend and stay here again!

Excellent house for a family.

The house is just beautiful and well stocked with all kitchen items. The front patio has tropical plants that you can admire as you sit in the lounge chairs. The back patio faces the green belt with a large grassy area. You are within 12 minutes from shipwreck beach and and about 16 minutes to Poipu beach. The house has several boogie boards, 2 coolers and lots of sand toys. Best part, there is a wagon that you can load it all in to roll to the beach. The best part of the house besides the awesome location and comfort of the home, is the out door shower. It was great to use after a day of beach fun. The owner, Jon, communicated before we arrived with easy to follow instructions. He was available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We had a wonderful family vacation and will seek this home out when we return to the beautiful island of Kauai.

Wonderful family vacation in Paradise!

We’ve been to Poipu Kai many times over the years and this was time was an A+! The home was beautiful and perfectly laid out for our family of 5 plus my 80-year old mom. The location was ideal - easy walk to the beach on one side of the green belt and an easy walk to the Hyatt on the other side ( where we got a day pass to use their pools). Plus easy access to the tennis/pickle courts and pool! We look forward to going back there again someday!

We love the south shore area. This home has direct access to the walking path connecting Shipwreck and Poipu beaches (10 minute walk in either direction). Location couldn’t be better. Living at the middle of the resort

The property is located in the middle of Poipu, which is the paradise resort of Kauai. We enjoy living in the property feeling as if we were one of the resort residents. The surrounding circumstances are ideal. Beautiful garden with well organized tropical plants, spacious living area, with beautiful furniture, nearby ocean is someplace wild someplace calm, newly built shopping places have good shops and restaurants. We did not have to go to remote places for "sight seeing". Just stay home or walk around and go shopping and dining nearby places, those are the ideal resort life. Of course, cooking in the functional kitchen or good BBQ grill is great fan. Over all it was the memorable days in the property.
