  • Aloha en welkom bij ons vernieuwde appartement in het zonnige Poipu, Kauai. Dit particuliere, goed onderhouden appartement met één slaapkamer ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand !!!

    U kunt ontspannen op de Lanai terwijl u geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan. Het is perfect voor koppels en geweldig voor uw huwelijksreis.

    De woonkamer heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de tuinen en het zwembad.

    U kunt de oceaan golven horen vanuit de slaapkamer 's nachts of ontspannen op de Lanai met prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met een standaard 30 'fornuis en magnetron. Nieuwe 40-inch lcd-tv met HD-kanalen voor uw plezier in de woonkamer. Daarnaast heb ik net een nieuwe 27 inch tv in de slaapkamer geïnstalleerd. Alle tv's hebben een Blue Ray-speler

    Er zijn twee zandstranden aan de overkant van de straat. Zwemmen met de zeeschildpadden en het observeren van de walvissen en monniksrobben ligt op 100 meter van de flat. Of u kunt ontspannen bij het zwembad omgeven door tropische tuinen terwijl u luistert naar de geluiden van de nabijgelegen waterval. De barbecue is beschikbaar voor u om te genieten, compleet met picknicktafels.

    Er zijn verschillende uitstekende restaurants in de omgeving van Poipu. Winkels liggen op slechts een paar minuten afstand in de oude binnenstad van Koloa of het winkeldorp Poipu. Vergeet niet Spouting Horn en de botanische tuinen op loopafstand te bezoeken. Slechts enkele minuten afstand is golfen, tennis en paardrijden. Bij de haven van Kukuiula zijn er open-oceaanduiken, oceaantochten, zeilen en sportvissen.

Every morning was spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises while watching the parrots fly off to the mountains. The location was great as well, close to some action but far enough away we felt like there was seclusion. The historic park next door was beautiful as well. Inside there was everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They had items we could use for fun in the ocean as well as entertainment for a night in. All in all this was a great place to stay and well worth the price.

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

AMAZING!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for my cousin's wedding close by, and I cannot believe how perfect this condo was for the occasion! They had everything you need at your fingertips, across the street from the water and one of the best restaurants on the island, it was honestly everything we could have asked for. Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Cozy rental in great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm.

The grounds were very nice (pool) ponds. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Would book there again.

We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. Was great to have use of beach chairs and umbrellas and a big plus to have washer/dryer in the unit. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again if available. The lanai is not private at all, so wasn't able to use much, but that is not a deal breaker for us. So nice to back onto a park instead of other condos. Would recommend

Lovely art, a well stocked kitchen, beach gear, and a very comfortable bed meet you each visit. The view of the sunrise, park, and the ocean from the lanai (balcony) is a wonderful experience and gives us a sense of serenity. Do yourself a favor, book PK213. If you see days available on the calendar book then as quickly as you can, or someone else will. We have stayed in this unit at least six times. Aloha!
