Jij en je ohana (familie) zullen verliefd worden op dit mooie en open Hawaiiaanse huis.

De ruime woning wordt voorzichtig gekoeld door passaatwinden Kauai's en biedt een prachtig natuurlijk licht. Bij aankomst in Hale Kai Kea verwelkomen we onze gasten met een assortiment van lokale lekkernijen en koffie, evenals verse snijbloemen uit onze tuin.
Dit eiland huis beschikt over 3 grote slaapkamers, elk met een kingsize bed. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen gerenoveerd volledig bad, gevuld met gratis zeep en shampoos. De slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met-tropen geïnspireerde meubelen, Hawaiian afdrukken dekbedden, en de kwaliteit beddengoed. Alle slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met een plafondventilator voor extra comfort. De open keuken is volledig gevuld met alle tools voor het maken van uw eigen gastronomische maaltijden eiland. Een full-size HE wasmachine en droger bevinden zich in het huis voor uw gebruik. De woonkamer is smaakvol ingericht met eiland decor en een flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler. Als u nodig hebt om in contact te blijven, is gratis draadloos internet beschikbaar.

Hale Kai Kea heeft ook een ruime bonusruimte met een bank, een futon, een stapelbed en een 65-inch HD-tv. Net buiten de master suite is een groot eigen zonneterras met uitzicht op de majestueuze Black Mountain. Het dek is uitgerust met ligstoelen om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen na een dag vol avontuur. Schuifdeuren van de eetkamer leiden naar de privé Lanai met zitplaatsen buiten, een gasbarbecue en een aangelegde tuin om te entertainen, inclusief een rustgevende hangmat om te loungen.
Deze woning is voorzien van strandaccessoires (boogieplanken, parasol, strandstoelen, matjes en strandlakens) om het strand gemakkelijk en ontspannend te maken, evenals een buitendouche om af te spoelen na je strandavonturen!
Komt het met keiki (kinderen)? Dit huis is kindvriendelijk en huurders hebben toegang tot een Pack 'N' Play, kinderstoel, hek en Bumbo-stoel.

Locatie is de sleutel in Poipu en het wordt niet beter dan Hale Kai Kea. Gunstig gelegen tussen Shipwrecks Beach en Poipu Beach in de Poipu Kai resortgemeenschap, dit huis is seconden verwijderd van de weelderige groene gordel die u naar het strand of het Grand Hyatt Resort brengt. Als u klaar bent voor een pauze van het zand, komt het huis met toegang tot de voorzieningen van het Poipu Kai Resort - (zwembad *, jacuzzi *) en tennisbanen. Twee van de beste golfbanen van het eiland, Kiahuna Golf Course en Poipu Bay Golf Course, zijn ook gewoon op de weg. Naast toegang tot alle opwindende activiteiten op het eiland, biedt dit huis u ook nabijheid van de geweldige restaurants en winkels aan de zuidkant van het eiland. De historische stad Koloa, het winkeldorp Poipu en het chique winkelcentrum Kukui'ula Village liggen allemaal op slechts enkele minuten afstand. De voorzieningen en de locatie van dit huis zorgen ervoor dat uw vakantie in Kauai de vakantie van uw leven is!

Vanaf eind april 2019 is het gemeenschappelijk zwembad 4 - 5 maanden niet toegankelijk vanwege noodzakelijke reparaties.

Close to the beach, an easy 5-10 min walk. The beaches were amazing. Kids loved playing tennis and pickleball! Some days we wished there was AC but other days the ocean breeze was just right!

This was an our first time staying on the south side of the island and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The house is walking distance to great beaches and a short drive to the south side’s best restaurants and shopping. The house was missing a few things we needed but the host was very responsive to get the needed items to us asap. We would totally stay here again.

Layout of the home worked great for privacy. We are a family of 6 so twin beds with toddler railings were quite uncomfortable for some. Other than that, the house was very comfortable and spacious and we really loved the upstairs deck with relaxing views. The location was top. Central location in the community couldn’t be beat with short pleasant walks to 3 beaches. We had a small issue with appliances and the property management was quick to respond and resolved the issue. We would definitely recommend this property.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. Lots of room for our adult children. Great rooms for everyone to spread out in. The kitchen was perfect for family meals which saved us several times since restaurants on the island can be hard to find sometimes. A bonus was the beach equipment like the chairs, cooler and umbrellas. We left a few boogie boards for the next guests

My partner and I travel to Kauai each Christmas with my sister and brother. It can be challenging to find a place to house all of us comfortably. This space really worked out. And, was in perfect location…We walked the trails each morning, easily hit the beach and then the pool…We’d stay again.

Lovely property and location! It was great they provided fans for assistance with airflow through the house. We loved the outdoor gathering spaces! There were some cleanliness issues with dust and dirty bathroom tiles that had clearly not been noticed

The place is in the middle of a paradise surrounding. Easy walking distance to the beach. Plenty of space for up to 7 people. Ample parking in a quiet neighborhood. Has access to tennis courts and a swimming pool. Me, mi wife and our adult children enjoyed the house tremendously

Our daughter was getting married in Kauai and I immediately booked in Poipu as we have traveled to this island a few times and fell in love with this community! We had 8 adults and loved the location and the Hawaiian feel of this property. It had all the comforts of home and was well worth the value. I was a little concerned that there was no central AC but after that pacific breeze filled the whole home it was so much more wonderful than I could’ve imagined! The beaches were just a short walk away and loved the beauty of the community! I would book this property again!

The property exceeded our expectations. We were at home in this spacious 4 bedroom house and the location was awesome. We love to cook and the large island in the kitchen made of easy food preparation for our large gang. We were missing one key to allow us to use the bathrooms at the community pool but the manager arranged to drop off the key within an hour of our request. We couldn't ask for more.

We had a great week in Kauai staying at this lovely home. It had everything we needed, and the location is just right. It wasn't obvious from the listing that it's in a beautiful community. The path to the beaches is lovely. The snorkeling, hiking, sea turtles and seals on the beach, sightseeing, and relaxing were all wonderful.

My husband and I plus our two daughters, their husbands and one toddler grandson spent a week together in Poipu and this house helped make it a great experience. There was plenty of space for everyone with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen was outfitted well enough so that we could make most of our meals together. It is a wonderful location close to beaches and stores. We saw turtles and seals the very first day and were able to snorkel around to find fish. The house helped us have a very relaxing vacation.

Spacious, clean, comes with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, bathrooms stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner, full washer and dryer, open kitchen with island, large table for eating and game nights. Management/owner responsive to a few very minor issues. No AC, but we were here in January, so it was okay without AC. Not sure if we’d stay here in the hotter summer months. Overall a great place and location.

The location of the home is amazing! Safe, quiet, access to beaches and beautiful walks or jogs. The home is spacious with 3 bedrooms and baths, plus a additional common area with 2 twin beds. A large deck to enjoy hanging out in the sun. The home is equipped with everything you need. It's an awesome community to enjoy your vacation!

Property was beautiful, lots of room, very, very beautiful house. Beautiful patio and sundeck, furnished very nicely. No air-conditioning but fans helped. Dishwasher didn’t work, I don’t think the microwave did either, just needs a little updating with the appliances but other than that I would definitely recommend this place.

This place was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Adequate parking, kitchen amenities, and beds made our stay quite comfortable. There is a trail that connects the house to the beaches. On our morning walks, our biggest decision was 'which way to turn', because both directions end up on gorgeous beaches. Host was responsive, but we barely needed it because the house already provided everything we needed. Will recommend for our next Poipu stay.

As we drove into the neighborhood, we were instantly in love! We had no idea it would feel like a friendly neighborhood street... on a cul de sac no less! The walking path to beaches (boogie boarding, wading, and snorkeling) was just outside the house, well-paved, and beautiful -perfect for the beach wagon full of chairs, boogie boards and sand toys provided at the house (!!). The house itself has just been renovated and you can certainly tell. The carpets felt plush and clean, everything looked newly painted and repaired save a few minor things (window screen downstairs and a fridge that needs an extra push to close). The beds were super comfortable, as were the couches and patio furniture. The layout worked so well for our families, keeping the children downstairs and the adults upstairs. We were worried about the lack of AC (which seems to be the standard on the island), but the house gets great cross-breeze (particularly in the upstairs bedrooms), and where there's not, plenty of fans are provided. The kitchen and living area are open and provide lots of space for corralling your stuff as you come indoors. The front porch is also a great place to drop sandy shoes, catch a breeze, or watch the rain from the safety of the covered seating. Fun creatures for the kids OUTSIDE like lizards and snails, but no creepy crawlers inside that we saw. Also, shockingly few chickens in the immediate area! We had the rest of the island to enjoy their company :) Definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay at this Poipu house. It was clean, comfortable and big enough to accommodate our family of 9. It's close to the beach and restaurants. The only downside, there is no AC and it got a bit hot trying to get ready for a wedding during mid-day. There were fans provided in each room.
