Enorme airconditioning Uitzicht op de oceaan 2 Master Suites Slaapt 14 stappen naar Poipu Beach

Ontvang voor november en december 2019 gratis toegang tot Poipu Beach Athletic Club voor 8 personen bij uw reservering.

De Big Kahuna vijf slaapkamers vier badkamers 3650 sq ft (339 vierkante meter). Slaapt tien in bedden en maximaal 14 met behulp van aero (opblaasbare) bedden. Deze twee verdiepingen tellende huis combineert onze 2300 m². Oceanview drie slaapkamers twee badkamers boven (VRBO # 1169561) met onze 1350 m² Aloha twee slaapkamers twee badkamers beneden (VRBO # 1172355). Elk heeft een aparte ingang. Gasten kunnen op en neer gaan met de buitentrap aan de voorzijde.

We hebben een licentie om te verhuren voor korte termijn verhuur. Sommige van de plaatsen die worden geadverteerd op VRBO mogen dit niet doen en kunnen uw reis in gevaar brengen als het graafschap op de loer ligt.
We hebben airconditioning in alle vijf slaapkamers. Twee master suites, een boven en een beneden. Talrijke acht voet glazen schuifdeuren in twee richtingen bieden een uitstekend uitzicht. Hardhouten vloeren in binnenkomst, woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. Berber tapijt in de slaapkamers. Tegelvloeren in baden. Granieten werkbladen in beide keukens en alle baden. Boven de slaapkamer heeft een queensize hemelbed met dekmatras en beddengoed van Egyptisch katoen plus een eigen overdekte Lanai met zitplaatsen voor twee.

De master bad heeft een diep bad met twee douchekoppen en dubbele wastafels. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize sleebed met een dekmatras en beddengoed van Egyptisch katoen. Het tweede bad heeft een diep bad en douche plus dubbele wastafels. De derde slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden.

Beneden de slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een schuifregelaar naar de buiten overdekte Lanai. De master bad heeft een grote jacuzzi en dubbele wastafels. Twee grote complete keukens met dubbele deur koelkasten met ijsmachines en water in de deur. Keramische kachels met ovens. Volledige sets potten en pannen, schalen, glazen en glaswerk. Boven eettafel stoelen acht en beneden stoelen zes met vier barkrukken.

Twee overdekte veranda hebben elk buiten eettafels voor zes en gasbarbecues. Vijftig inch HDTV's in de woonkamer boven en beneden en HDTV's in alle vijf slaapkamers. Strandhanddoeken, strandstoelen en koelers voorzien.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden: Kennisgeving van annulering moet ten minste 90 dagen voorafgaand aan de check-in worden ontvangen om een aanbetaling te ontvangen, verminderd met $ 1250. Alle gelden worden verbeurd als de annulering wordt ontvangen met minder dan 90 dagen van tevoren, tenzij de kamer opnieuw kan worden geboekt. Er zijn geen restituties voor vroegtijdig vertrek, tenzij we de kamer opnieuw kunnen boeken.

Very good overall. Some points to consider.

Could use better stocking of toilet paper, tissue, hot mitts for cooking. The light in spiral staircase is out. Consider adding dresser/drawers in twin bedroom - couldn’t hang everything in closet. Excellent location. Grounds well kept. Lanai is amazing! Very good stock of beach chairs etc.

Spacious House, Amazing Location!

Spent 8 nights in Kauai in this wonderfully spacious home. Lots of room for the 12 of us to spread out. Spent a lot of time on the Lanai in the mornings and evenings, can't beat the water view! And a short walk to the nearest beach, really appreciated the location of this house. Owner was extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of both before and during our stay. The woman working on site at the office was also incredibly nice and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again, a great place for a family vacation!!

Walking access the beach!

The accommodations were comfortable, and the upper and lower levels with stairs allowed our family to come and go. The only two things that posed issues were the parking, and the trash. We returned several times to find our allotted parking spots were taken by someone else. The trash is located at the back of the property, and by the end of our stay it appeared as though ours and everyone else was piled high and overflowing, flies and all. We enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach where swimming is safe and turtles rest on the shoreline.

Great accommodation for a family or group vacation. Well stocked with everything you need at home and/or the beach with plenty of room for alone time if desired. Location is perfect for walking to the local beaches or taking a stroll around town. Also enjoyed the beach club.

Nice house and great location

We loved our time at the house. It was clean and spacious and worked well for our group of 12. The kitchen items are lacking to be able to make meals for the family and we had to bring down items from upstairs to downstairs. And the grill needs to be cleaned. Great location and easy check in and check out. Now just waiting on our deposit refunded since we left it in immaculate condition.

Manager was very responsive when we had a problem with one of the air conditioners. Didn't think the photos of the property were a very accurate representation of the upstairs. Property needs some updating and care: curtains in upstairs were off the rod in places, kitchen faucet came off when in use. Was a little disappointed for the price we paid. Location was fabulous - you could see the ocean and walk to Poipu beach.

Wonderful house! So close to the ocean!

My family visited for 10 days and it was the perfect accommodation for our large group! The lanai’s are wonderful to spend time outside. It is very spacious overall. The property is beautiful with so many Hawaiian plants and flowers. The perfect place for family photos. I enjoyed beautiful walks each morning in the surrounding area. You can get to the water in a 2 minute walk! The beach is walking distance as well! Poipu Beach is great including the park for kids! They even have beach chairs, boogie boards, a surf board, and coolers for you to use during your stay which is so convenient. Highly recommend this beach house!

beautiful home and excellent location

Our family of 10 spent 9 days staying in this duplex. We had a wonderful time there. The house is very nice decorated, plenty spaces for everyone. Conveniently located- couple of minutes walking to the beach to see the turtles, sea lions and/or relax at the beaches. The property manager is very responsive to our questions and request. We are highly recommending this place to others for their vacation in Poipu Beach. We just love it and plan to go back again.

Memorable Mom's 80th

My brothers took my mom on a trip of a lifetime and our family stay here was perfect. The stocked kitchen allowed for meals, the balcony was able to accommodate everyone and the rooms worked out well. We had a group of 12 and we made it work thanks to the abundance of air mattresses The location is perfect with lots of parking and a walkable neighborhood leading to the beaches of Poipu.

The house, both upstairs and downstairs units combined, was perfect for our family group of 9. The house and both kitchens were well stocked and the location was perfect- very close (but not too close) to poipu beach, Brennekes etc. If anything the online description understates the ocean view.

The duplex accommodation filled all of our needs. The location was great. Dan was incredibly responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with. The only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is that the wood floor could have been a bit cleaner, and there was normal wear and tear from a rental property. The location and space made up for it all, nd the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had 13 people in our group and enough privacy for all.

Fabulous Stay at Poipu Beach

Our family of 12 people really enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented both the top and bottom units. There is a nice view of the ocean from the top floor porch and the spacious living area on the top floor was a great place for the family to congregate. It is a very short walk to the closest beach (2-3 minutes) and 10 minutes to Poipu Beach. The property manager, Dan, and the management team were very responsive to our requests. We recommend using the optional Poipu Beach club for children (pool) and adults (workout facilities). We highly recommend staying at this property and the island of Kauai.

Amazing location and great space for multiple groups!

This property was set up perfectly for our extended family to all be together while still having our own spaces. The location was great - a quick walk 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach and a 15 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt. They were multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for our beach trips. The property manager Dan was extremely responsive when we had a small issue the first day. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely amazing! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space and beds and baths. A few items could have been better as far as light bulbs out, supplies all filled, fans working, BUT we would stay here again, the beds were comfortable, the space accomodated all our people and the views and location cannot be beat!

Fabulous location, wonderful space, top notch communication and service!

Everything in the description was easy to follow. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. They even go the extra mile to provide beach chairs & towels, umbrella, a mask, cooler, etc. Would stay here again when I come to Kauai.
