Welkom bij BlueTideVillas!

Dit is een ZEER ruim (1650+ vierkante voet), onlangs gerenoveerd en ingericht, bovenste verdieping (2e 3e), hoek Penthouse, 3BR / 3BA met twee privébalkons om op te zitten en te genieten van uw favoriete tropische drankje. Dit is de BESTE locatie in het regentschapscomplex en ligt op de felbegeerde groene gordel en ligt op slechts een paar minuten lopen tussen jou en het strand! Het condominium bevindt zich in het chique Regency Resort in het hart van Poipu.

Poipu Beach is het meest begeerlijke gebied van Kauai en werd onlangs beoordeeld als het beste strand van heel Amerika. Mijn eenheid is een van de grootste condominiums die je in Poipu zult vinden! De grootte van het apparaat en de interne lay-out bieden ruim comfort voor maar liefst 8, (extra ruimte voor kleine kinderen), maar kunnen ook goed werken en zijn perfect geprijsd voor kleinere groepen.

Mijn appartement heeft net een ingrijpende renovatie ondergaan (mei 2018), waaronder nieuwe granieten keuken- en badkamerentellers, nieuwe armaturen, het bijwerken van de keuken en het kopen van alle nieuwe meubels en huishoudelijke artikelen. Nieuwe tegelvloeren en tapijt overspant de hele eenheid en het ziet er geweldig uit. Met vers geschilderde muren, biedt elke kamer nu een op maat gemaakt gevoel. Het is echt een geweldige plek om te verblijven!

Het appartement is ook professioneel ingericht door een eiland deskundige! We hebben onlangs alle nieuwe luxe teakhouten meubels gekocht, 3 nieuwe matrassen met de koning en koningin als geheugenschuim, een nieuwe 55-inch tv, nieuwe keukenbenodigdheden, strandspeelgoed, kunstwerken en decoraties. Met het nieuwe meubilair en de verbouwing voelt deze eenheid nieuw aan.

De plattegrond is goed ingedeeld met de keuken en twee slaapkamers op een verdieping en de derde slaapkamer en badkamer op de tweede verdieping voor optimale privacy. High speed draadloos internet is beschikbaar zonder extra kosten om verbonden te blijven als u daarvoor kiest. Ik bied twee draagbare airconditioners voor een extra $ 120 / week en ze zorgen voor een ijzige afkoeling na een volledige dag in de zon. De twee aparte bedden in de derde slaapkamer kunnen worden gemaakt in een koning. Extra slapen op de gloednieuwe uittrekbare queensize bank, luchtbed of opklapbed.

Alle strandspullen inbegrepen! Stoelen, floaties, koelers, boogieplanken ... we hebben het allemaal!

Vanuit het appartement bent u slechts een steenworp afstand van het onberispelijk onderhouden terrein, zwembad, spa, barbecue en andere uitgaansgebieden. Het resort Regency ligt in het centrum van de golfwereld van Poipu en op loopafstand van de baai van Poipu (voormalige locatie van de Grand Slam). Het Regency biedt meerdere zwembaden en spa's, tennisbanen, gas / elektrische BBQ Grill samen met 24-uurs beveiligingspatrouille voor gemoedsrust.

Van de groene gordel bent u slechts een paar minuten lopen naar drie best beoordeelde zandstranden die zorgen voor zonnebaden en surfen (Shipwreck Beach, Poipu Beach en Brennecke's Beach). Het strand van Poipu is een topbestemming voor peuters en kleuters vanwege het extreem rustige en ondiepe water. Dit maakt het ook een topbestemming voor snorkelaars.

I have just returned from an unforgettable 10-day getaway in Kauai! The spacious condo comfortably accommodated six adults and was ideally located just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. We took full advantage of the sunny weather with all the provided beach essentials, including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Additionally, our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Walk to the most beautiful beaches!

We loved our stay at Regency. The condo was in an amazing location! It is just a short walk to 3 beautiful beaches and one of the most scenic hikes on the island. The condo is huge. It had everything we needed for grilling, beaching and laundry. Some of the beach equipment could use updated but we considered having it a bonus. We couldn’t have had a better home base! Mike answered every question we had quickly.

Awesome place and location

Great location and decent condo

We very much enjoyed our stay and your beautiful island. I will start with the positives: The condo was in a beautiful location, easy walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean. We appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was large enough to accommodate our group. AC and washer and dryer were a great convenience. There were a few things to be improved: one of the bathrooms did not have a door and only had a shower curtain in the opening. This was not shown in the images although we made it work. There is also not a large table on a lanai. This was pictured but not in the unit. We were disappointed in this as this was something we specifically looked for so that we could dine on the lanai. We also found a dead cockroach/waterbug under the sink in the bathroom on our last day there. We would have reported this although were were leaving the next morning. The bathrooms are dated with some mildew and could use some updating. All in all, we had a very pleasant time and would return.

Second stay

This was our second stay and had just as great of an experience as the first time. Condo has a great layout and is well stocked. We put the beach gear to good use as we did the 10 minute walk to the beach at least daily. The pool is also right around the corner. The location really cannot be beat. Also love that the condo is stocked with a pack n’ play and stroller - made life so much easier! We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Surrey, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. There were clear instructions pertaining to check in, recommendations for during our stay and check out. We picked this location for the proximity to the beach, and it is an easy walk. We really appreciated the beach equipment, especially the wagon! The sheets were so comfortable- we all want to know what kind you use?

Spacious, family friendly stay

Just returned from a perfect five days at the Regency 421. Felt like every need for my family and me was taken care of from the baby amenities (pack and play) to the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect with plenty of pools and very easy beach access. I was highly surprised with how roomy the space felt with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great Trip To Kauai

The property with its spacious rooms, loft, and amenities provided our family of 5 with all we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better, more centralized, location to see all of the sights on the island from Waimea Canyon, to Koloa Rum, to Sleeping Giant and Hanalei. The condo is within walking distance from beautiful Brennecke and Poipu Beach where we saw countless turtles! It is also just down the road from the beautiful Poipu Bay golf course, which is a must-play for any golfers in the group. One of our favorite things to do was make the short drive to Koloa Town for good food and shopping. The resort area itself is quiet and provides great access to hike the magnificent Poipu Cliffs and Mahaulepu Heritage Trail. The condo is well-equipped with boogie boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and other useful items. A great experience all around!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is spacious. Nice grounds, short walk to Poipu. The condo bedrooms were warm when we arrived. We texted about it and got a fast response and good communication from the manager. Just needed to wait for the AC to catch up. After that first day we were comfortable, but note this is not the place for you if you like to keep your bedrooms cold.

Wonderful house

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Right on the greenbelt and very quiet. It is just as the pictures show - very clean. I would say the only thing that could be improved was that it sleeps 8 but there are only enough towels for 6. We ended up having to go buy some extra towels. Otherwise, it had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again.
