Welkom bij onze nieuwe aanbieding. Hoewel we dit appartement onlangs op VRBO hebben gekocht en vermeld, hebben we al een paar jaar een ander appartement in het volgende gebouw. U bent van harte welkom om onze beoordelingen van eerdere gasten te bekijken door te zoeken naar lijst 681887. Dit appartement is een ruim 1400 vierkante voet appartement met extra grote ramen en twee veranda om gasten te helpen genieten van de omliggende schoonheid van het resort. Master en gast slaapkamers met respectieve badkamers bieden privacy, terwijl veel kastruimte en een wasmachine en droger bezoekers met een langer verblijf herbergen. De twee aparte bedden in de logeerkamer kunnen worden samengevoegd tot een kingsize bed. De bank in de woonkamer kan ook worden omgezet in een bed verbergen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in de keuken voor het bereiden en eten van al je maaltijden. Geniet van WiFi, twee kabel-tv's (woonkamer en slaapkamer), stereo, dvd-speler, boeken en strandaccessoires voor alle gasten. Een begane grond unit zonder trappen maakt het appartement gemakkelijk toegankelijk.

Poipu Kai Resort ligt op prachtig verzorgde gazons en tuinen in de Poipu Beach-gemeenschap. Gasten hebben toegang tot zwembaden, jacuzzi's en tennisbanen. Door het hart van het resort loopt de groene gordel, een schilderachtig wandelpad dat het Grand Hyatt en Shipwreck Beach aan het ene uiteinde met elkaar verbindt, en Brennecke's / Poipu Beach Park aan het andere uiteinde. Binnen een paar minuten van het appartement heeft u toegang tot Poipu Shopping Village en de winkels in Kukui'ula, waar u een breed scala aan casual en lekker eten vindt, samen met tientallen winkels om te winkelen. Een 5 minuten rijden brengt u naar de oude binnenstad van Koloa met meer winkels en supermarkten, samen met een bank en een postkantoor. Voor golfliefhebbers bent u een paar minuten bij de prachtige golfbanen van Kiahuna en Poipu Bay.

Het zwembad Regency ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van het appartement, samen met een jacuzzi en overdekte gasgrills. Het appartement ligt weg van de straat om lawaai en andere verkeersoverlast te elimineren. De condos-ramen en veranda laten passaatwinden door de flat blazen, terwijl de warmte van direct zonlicht wordt verminderd.

Loving Life from Poipu,Kauii

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Joel's condo in the Poipu area of Kauaii. We were a party of 4 adults and one 4 year old, and the location was perfect for us. This condo was the best equipped of any I have rented. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was also plenty of beach equipment to use including chairs, snorkle gear, and a boogie board. Poipu beach is a just a ten minutes away, with a paved path the goes right to the beach.. The condo area is beautifully landscaped, and the pool is just steps away. We hope to come back again!

Very nice condo and location in Poipu

This is a very nice, very clean and comfortable condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size, and the kitchen and living area had everything we could have wanted. There's a storage closet on the lanai that was a great surprise with all the chairs, umbrella, cooler, boards, fins, etc. to take to the beach. Getting to the beach is walkable. The beach with the turtles is a quick walk away, and so is the beach with the monk seal who sleeps on the sand. Brenneke's, Puka Dog, and Kalapaki Joe's are all a quick walk. If you weren't planning on renting a car, you could get around Poipu just fine from this location. We found that Uber was available to get to other places on the island especially trips to Koloa a few miles away. We would choose this location to stay again. The host is very nice and offers an exceptional place to stay.

Lovely Condo Home

Great location in a busy spot in Poipu, Kauai. Pleasant walk to Beautiful Poipu beaches and hotels such as the Grand Hyatt. The greenway walk connected us to everything we wanted. We loved our stay in this lovely spot on earth.Thank you !

Wonderful location in Poipu with lots to offer

We stayed for 10 nights at this lovely rental, situated perfectly for daily/ nightly walks down to Poipu beach to see the dozens of sea turtles sleeping on the shore or an occasional Hawaiian monk seal. The location is 10/10, and we were able to use the pool that was just steps away from the front door. We had everything we needed at the condo for our extended stay, including enough items in both the bathrooms and kitchen. We found this a perfect rental for our stay in Poipu, would return!

The property was exactly as it’s presented in the ad. The condo is easily accessible on Poipu Road, within walking distance to the beach to watch the sun go down. The best beach, Poipu, is just down the street to the left and the Grand Hyatt to the right. I would return in a heartbeat. Joel, the owner, was responsive by text.

Great place to stay for families!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was great- clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we wanted. Didn’t have any issues while we were there. Great location too- walking distance to a couple beaches and short drive to restaurants, shopping, excursions, etc. We were thrilled to have access to beach gear after having to rent an umbrella and chairs at the last place we stayed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay!

We were not expecting a rental to be as great as this one! Very impressive with the amenities and whole kitchen set up! Bedrooms were great! One exception, only tv in king bedroom. Nice big set in living area but could be repositioned to face kitchen and dining area. Loved the decor and availability of space and location. VRBO is the way to go! Do it with ease with Joel Van Zee’s!!! Mahalo plenty!

Beautiful and spacious condo just a walk from the beach

We loved our stay; the condo was very spacious and welcoming, near the beach with great boogie boarding and nice snorkeling was only 7 min walk. Near everything needed to enjoy our stay and all the things we could think of to make things easy and enjoyable. Oh and the condo is next to the pool so our kids were very happy about that.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This place was beyond all expectations. Spotless, great location, and super private. While it is a short walk to the beach we ended up driving so we could easily cart all the chairs and umbrella (provided by the host!). Poipu beach has a ton a free public parking. Even in busy days it only took a couple minutes to find a spot. The condo had everything else we could possibly need as well. Even little details, like the Britt’s filtered water in the fridge, were all appreciated. We both agree if we come back to this island we are staying here for sure. Bonus perk: Of all my fave snorkeling adventures over the course of our Hawaiian vacay, Poipu beach was by far the best. I was swimming with a sea turtle on either side of me at one point. Make sure you pack snorkel gear!

Beautiful condo!

Great location, walking distance to Poipu beach. The wagon, beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys were a huge bonus. We are a family of 5 and condo was spacious and super comfortable for all of us. Loved having the pool and hot tub on the property too.
