Luxe Ocean View Poipu Beach Condo 804

Commandant Uitzicht op het zonnige Poipu Oceanscape, waar luxe en een weelderige omgeving op u wachten bij onze Poipu Beach Condo!
Spectaculaire Ocean View, 2-verhaal, rookvrije condominium, heeft meer dan 1200 vierkante interieur. Ft., Evenals 3 eigen veranda. Het is perfect voor een gezin of 2 koppels. Dit appartement in Poipu Beach ligt op een weelderig terrein dat gasten doet denken aan een tropische botanische tuin.
Ons appartement is ingericht met een Hawaiiaanse thema, moderne en toch Island voelen. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle voorzieningen, of naast de barbecue. Een 55-inch tv in de woonkamer met kabel en dvd, en gratis WiFi zodat u verbonden kunt blijven. Slaapkamer heeft een flat-panel LCD-tv.

De Nihi Kai Villas zijn een korte wandeling naar het strand, maar liggen aan zee. Er zijn tennisbanen, een zwembad en een BBQ gebieden beschikbaar voor gasten.

Restaurant in Poipu Shopping Village ligt op een korte loopafstand voor bekroonde gerechten.

We telden 120 stappen naar de oceaan van ons appartement, en een paar meer naar Brennecke Beach.


Wat is in de buurt?

Nihi Kai 804 ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van de oceaan, en Brennecke Beach is enkele meters verder. Dit is een geweldige boogie boarding strand. Nog een paar werven en komt u bij Poipu Beach komen. Poipu Beach werd verkozen tot nummer 1 strand in de Verenigde Staten door The Travel Channel. Het biedt zwemmen, snorkelen, surfen, boogie boarding, speeltuin, restaurant, ijssalon, surf shop en een baby strand, allemaal op loopafstand van # 804.

Net op de weg is het Poipu Shopping Village, waar u diverse winkels en een aantal goede restaurants. Op dinsdag en donderdag om 05:00 is er een grote Polynesische Toon op de binnenplaats. Een van onze favoriete restaurants is Keoki's Paradise, die een grote selectie van voedsel heeft. De oude binnenstad van Koloa is een paar mijl op de weg, en biedt een schilderachtige blik terug in de tijd, en is de thuisbasis van winkels en restaurants. Verderop wordt spuiten Hoorn state park, en het arboretum, die beide gratis te bezoeken zijn.

Great location, tons of amenities, comfortable beds and living space, great kitchen. I would say closer to excellent and would def stay again. Owner is great and easy to deal with. Took one star off because of the bugs, gnats in bathroom and under kitchen sink but thats not the owners fault. Its the islands!! Wonderful time! Thank u!!!

Kauai Condo feels like home

This condo was close to the beach, very clean and had everything we needed. There were four of us on this Hawaiin adventure and we had plenty of room inside and the front lanai provided a special outdoor space. to trlax a

Amazing Views from a tired and worn out condo

The Good: The location of the condo, the proximity to the beach and the breathtaking views of the ocean from the living room and deck, were nothing short of amazing! The check in process was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Not So Good: The overall cleanliness of the condo. The deck seat cushions and the kitchen chair cushions were all stained/ dirty. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty. The carpeting in the living room & down the stairs was stained/ dirty. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were molded. There were no instructions anywhere to operate anything. There was a laminated booklet in the kitchen with sightseeing info but no instructions. While all of this is probably pretty normal with a rental, its still disappointing when you choose a spectacular location to stay, and end up having to deal with these issues. The phone number for the property management company was not found until later in the week, it was on framed instructions 1/2 hidden behind the toaster in the kitchen. At this point, we had 2 days left to our vacation and didn't want to deal with the intrusion of property management for things that should have been done prior to our arrival. After our vacation, we did reach out to the host Steve to convey all of these issues & he was prompt and genuine in his response. Overall, this is a fantastic location. With some attention to details this could be the best place to stay!

Perfect location in Poipu

We enjoyed our stay in the condo and appreciated how easy it was to walk to beach and restaurants and enjoy beautiful Poipu. We also were thrilled to have access to beach chairs, coffee and all the comforts of home!

The accommodation was exactly as described. The area is in a very well-kept, beautiful complex with wonderful plant life. The beaches are very close and offer good opportunities for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The apartment is very well equipped. We can absolutely recommend it.

Great location, close to beach! Unit was as described and had plenty of starter supplies. We spent early mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the gorgeous view. Quiet area, beautiful landscaping and had the pool to ourselves when the beach was crowded. Experienced a safety issue in the parking lot, onsite mgr addressed immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Just lovely! Perfect location, excellent home kitted out with all the essentials. My kids loved the spray toys for the pool. The views were just killer and we could walk to two beaches in minutes. Watching the turtles at night was so cool.

Poipu Bliss

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we could see the ocean from the main lanai. The only note: we had one traveler with some mobility issues, and the stairs to the condo, and within the condo was a challenge. And the two bathrooms were on the floor with the two bedrooms, so a lot more stairs. The property host was very responsive and I would give it two big thumbs up. Near Poipu Beach - great parking and easy access. I'd go back.

Poipu Paradise

The location of the property is ideal with amazing nightly sunsets. The beach is probably 1/4 mile and easily walkable but we drove due to all the gear we brought each day. Wonderful morning walks in any direction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from reality.

Great family trip

Two 65 yr-old grandparents, a 30-something year-old daughter, a 3 1/2 yr old grandson, and 9 mo-old grandaughter. Recipe for disaster? NO! This condo made all the difference. The unit was in the far back of Nihi Kai, with an elevated view of the grounds and a tight view of the breakers on Poipu Beach. Very quiet, and grounds were beautiful. We walked daily from the unit to Poipu beach (and passed Brennecke's Beach along the way) with the grandkids in a stroller. Did have to spend some of the walk on a local road, but traffic was sparse and most drivers were respectful of pedestrians. The unit has a large main floor (stairs to access) with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Ductless air conditioning heads on main floor and in both bedrooms worked well. No bathtub for small children, so be ready to improvise. Owner (Steve) was very responsive and great to work with. If we return to Kauai, we would certainly consider staying here again.

Clean condo with nice view

We walked to the beach every single day, multiple times per day. The condo is clean and the beds comfortable. The view is a little far off, and you can't hear the water, but we had rainbows every day! One day we got stuck in a rainstorm and had to turn back to the condo so we went swimming in the pool for a little bit until the rain passed. The pool was warm and clean. We liked this condo and grounds were pretty. The air conditioning worked well.

Fantastic place with great location

We loved our stay at Nihi Kai. The condo layout was amazing for us and our 14 month old daughter. The fact we only shared one wall with another unit made it a lot less stressful for us when she started crying in the middle of the night. The condo had a fabulous view of the ocean. The owner was very responsive to all communications. We had a phenomenal time and plan on coming back.

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic…5 min walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants and where sea turtles come in to sleep. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas that were available. Everything was clean, and details were well-thought out. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. The condo interior was spacious and very comfortable. The condo was located in a beautiful community right across the street from the ocean and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed seeing the sea turtles on the beach every night. Snorkeling at the beach was great.
