Complete with high ceilings and elegant island décor, the floor plan of this lovely residence offers an easy flow from the kitchen with the highest-quality finishes and appliances, to the dining area for eight, to the welcoming and comfortable living space. The primary suite features sumptuous king-size bed, while the first and second guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed and the third guest bedroom has a twin bed with trundle, a second twin bed will slide out from under the bed. Villa B300 also provides essentials such as complimentary wireless internet, cable, and a washer and dryer, as well as extras such as a soaking tub.
Take a nap, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy one another’s company with peaceful island views as a backdrop on your sprawling, private lanai. Just a few steps away, the beautiful community pool area is available to guests, along with a hot tub with a cascading waterfall, a fitness center, tennis courts, and barbecue grills. Scenic golf is also close by.
From this central location in the Poipu area of Kauai, guests can take a five-minute stroll to Poipu and Brennecke’s beaches. In the opposite direction, a seven-minute walk leads to Shipwreck Beach and a number of dining choices at the Grand Hyatt Resort. Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukuiula, each of which has a wide variety of restaurant and shopping options, are also just a five-minute drive away.

Another five-minute drive leads to the town of Koloa, a charming and historic village made up of former plantation buildings. Koloa Town is also home to a Big Save, where guests can conveniently stock up on groceries for their stay. Poipu Kai Poolside Villas are just a 20-minute drive from the Lihue airport, a 25-minute drive from Kauai’s western shore and Port Allen, and a 90-minute drive from the north shore and the Na Pali Coast.

Great Experience
My wife I, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, brought our two kids, their spouses and two grandkids for a week. We stayed in a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor. From one of the four decks, we had a great view of the ocean and could see whales breaching, although quite a ways off-shore. The pool and hot tub we enjoyed by all. It was a short walk to Poi Pu Park and Beach where sea turtles and a monk seal liked to hang out and the snorkeling was great. This was a pretty ideal place to stay for us.

We loved this location, the pool, and the many lanais to enjoy coffee in the mornings and dinner outside at night. It is as good as it gets in Poipu if you want your own kitchen and more space than what comes with a resort experience. Really responsive management company too. Fun to have our own elevator enterance into the unit too.

Exceeded expectations!
We had a wonderful stay and this unit is even more beautiful than the pictures. This unit takes up the entire top floor of the building, with the (access controlled) elevator opening right inside the beautiful foyer. Bedrooms were on separate swings giving privacy for our large multi-gen family. The incredibly well appointed in-suite bathrooms for 3 of the bedrooms were stunning. The whole home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Our two kids loved the twin+trundle room off the living room. The pool was very warm and beautiful. We were delightfully surprised by the short walk to the beach. Great pool and beach gear. The wagon was a huge help for having picnic dinners at the pool and taking stuff to the beach! The lanai’s off each side of the house were lovely and everyone loved the southwest lanai’s incredible mountain-to-sea panoramic view. Management company was very helpful and welcoming and there were lots of laundry and dishwashing supplies to keep us going our whole trip. Very well stocked kitchen and spice cabinet were very helpful! We loved having this as our spectacular headquarters for our trip!

This penthouse condo was perfect for us and our three children. Plenty of space for everyone, and very conveniently located. We walked to several beaches and to restaurants. The pool was lovely as well. We enjoyed the incredible views from the ocean-facing lanai every single day of our stay. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place!
This property is absolutely gorgeous and I highly recommend to anyone needing the extra space. All bedrooms and living area were fantastic, balconies wonderful. We miss the coffee couch so bad!! Fully stocked with everything you might need. Location top notch easy walks to beach and shops.

Wonderful stay
We stayed at this apartment with 2 families of four. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly- sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was great to have the option; we did use the pool side BBQs - another great plus. We enjoyed the short walk to the local beach and appreciated it not feeling too touristy. Thanks for a lovely stay, we’d recommend this accommodation to other families.
