'The location is just the best, its right in the heart of the old port. The owner are very kind and welcoming. I had my concerns reading some reviews, what i have to say to everyone is that you get exactly what you see so i assume those who complain didn't even look what the booked. If you are looking to visit Chania this is the best place if you are looking for reasonable price and location.'

'A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon. 'Beautiful hotel and excellent position looking out into the harbour and short walk to the Old Town. Amazing view from our room window. Staff were lovely. Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful. 'We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...

'Lovely big space with a great terrace. Hot water is solar but has a heater if needed. Kitchen is quite well equipped although youre so close to so much good food, you won't need it. Washing machine is a total bonus. Parking isnt allowed directly outside but we had no problem parking in the next street after dropping off bags. Call the owner on arrival and you'll be inside 5 minutes later. We would absolutely stay again. '
