'When we arrived for check in our room was not ready. We sat in the hot lobby with no air conditioning while we waited almost 30 minutes for the room. When we got into our room, the fridge was warm. We went to go get ice to put in the fridge to keep our perishables cool in the mean time. I got to the ice machine & it said out of order. You'd think this wouldve been mentioned to us during check in. I went to the second floor ice machine. Out of order. No ice no dice.We were all hot & frustrated so...

'Our stay was great. Check in and check out were so fast, there was no line. They greeted us with warm cookies which was such a nice touch. They also accommodated an early check in as we had a wedding to get to. Parking was $30 and when we returned to the hotel the lot was full, I thought for sure they were going to tell us we would have to find other parking but they instead gave us permission to park right outside the front doors. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Great stay!'
