'Our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great. I can’t say how anything else was because we literally only slept at the condo. We were up early every morning and out exploring the island every day. '

'Located about 20 mins from the airport. A short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of parking. Unit is on the third floor (no elevators). A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. '

'This property has THE BEST VIEW! We've stayed in multiple places around Kona and although this is an older property, it is clean, well stocked, well located, and very comfortable. The bedroom opens onto the lanai allowing you to open the sliding doors and listen to the ocean all night, and the view during the day couldn't be better. 'Loved the location! and the free parking!The perfect place to relax after hiking and traveling around the island. We saw it all. Including the eruption of the volcano!The lanai was perfect for morning coffee, the kitchen and table seating was great, including the table board games, and having a washer and dryer in the condo made things easier after long days at the beach.I would definately stay here again!'
