Lennis is a wonderful host and kept us informed with clear directions, very easy check in and check out, and useful travel and sightseeing tips. The condo is perfect for two people, with an outstanding location and all amenities provided, including welcome snacks. 'Cockroaches! Left as soon as we saw multiple cockroaches dead on the floor. Sent photos to vacasa and requested a refund and called, but still no response. Horrible experience! '

'A very nice stay! The parking is great here. Very quiet. The hot tub and pool area has got to be one of the best in Kona. The sunsets are great. Very clean and beautiful complex also. Bed was super comfortable with great pillows. Only suggestion would be replacing the bathroom towels as mentioned in another review. Also, make sure you're turning the key to the right to unlock the door. I saw reviews mention the door is hard to open, but it's not hard at all. I would stay here again and recommend...

'Edgar is a wonderful host! The condo is an older condo, not far from Kona town. The view from the lanai is wonderful. Whales spotted most days. It’s a little schlep from the elevator to the condo, but once you’re in, it’s 3 flights for a shorter path from the garage.The bed is comfortable, and good fans throughout. Ali drive can be noisy in the evening, but earplugs help with that. Da Poke Shack is part of the complex. Best Poke and Kailua pork plates around. '
