'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'

I asked my elderly mother if we should request another room but she said that would be difficult for her to pack and move again.
