'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). 'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'

'Extremely disappointing stay. From the first day, it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned properly. We found a used Band-Aid stuck to one of the bath towels, and the bathtub was also dirty. After checking in, I even developed a rash on my arm. While I can’t say for certain what caused it, the poor hygiene made me very concerned. The problems didn’t end there. '帰りの飛行機の出発時刻が早かったので、マリオットになる前に泊まったことのあるキンカメにしました。施設は古いですが、よく管理されて快適に過ごせました。エレベーター近くに氷と水があります。チェックインの時に水筒がもらえるので水はそれが使えます。手にバンドを巻いてそれが鍵となっていて、便利でした。'

'We took the ocean view room, waking up to the views and natural white noise through the night gave us the much needed disconnect from our busy lives. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great (lots of fruits and homemade stuff). Would definitely recommend.'
