'Personeel was heelnaardig, locatie was prachtig, maar onze douche gaf alleen maar koud water. We hebben bij de front desk gevraagd of er iemand naar kon kijken. We waren die dag toch de hele dag op excursie (van 7 uur ‘s morgens tot 7 uur ‘s avonds). Echter toen we terug bij de kamer kwamen stond de deur gewoon open…. 'What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! 'I have to rant about this place. I have traveled all over the world and this resort is the most beautiful place I have been. The food is out of this world. The staff is absolutely the best I have ever seen. The rooms are top notch all the way. I can’t not say enough about this resort and the people that work here. 10 out of 10 on everything.'
