'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. 'The room was cleaned but sand was never really swept off our floor completely, and we don't think they changed our sheets as it felt like there was sand in our sheets always. Our soap was never refilled during our entire week stay. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast but some odd choices. Mostly spam every morning with premade omelets. 'Second time staying here and we love how relaxing and not-busy this resort is. Unfortunately, this time there were some issues that could’ve been and should’ve been handled. We had 2 rooms and both didn’t have any soap for bathroom sink provided. We had to call housekeeping to get some so that we could wash our hands after using the bathroom and it took over and hour and 2 calls to get it. 'Everything about this place was spot on'

'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'
