Fantastisch huis en geweldige host
Heerlijk huis met complete buitenkeuken zit en eetgedeelte, mooi zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Eigenaren erg vriendelijk. Lucija staat altijd voor je klaar van pick-up van het vliegveld, reserveren bij een restaurant tot regelmatig lekkere hapjes. Cilipi is een klein dorp met elke zondag een folklore event.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lucija. Lucija was the perfect host - treating us to gifts of cake, figs and pancakes during our stay. The Villa is beautiful, impeccably clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool is a great size with a jacuzzi. 6 sunbeds, wonderful outdoor kitchen and beautiful terrace. Definitely recommend the pizzeria in the town square - we dined there twice - very cheap just €7 for a delicious large pizza. Well stocked supermarket within walking distance. Simply amazing place. Villa Lucija
Our stay at the villa was wonderful. Lucija is a fantastic and attentive host and the villa is superbly equipped and fantastically clean. Plenty of aircon makes it extremely comfortable at all times of the day. She presented many little extras like wraps and small cakes when we arrived, fresh figs picked from the garden, picked us up from the airport and even made us all a delicious chocolate/tiramisu dessert! The pool, outside kitchen and veranda area is spacious and of the highest quality, with a view towards the sea. Looks fantastic at night lit up! I highly recommend a stay here - it's only 10 minutes to Cavtat which is great little resort, and 30 minutes to Dubrovnik, which is lovely but very busy this time of year.

Nothing less than perfect!
We (family of four) stayed 11 nights in the apartment in Villa Lucija and we couldn’t fault a thing. I was initially apprehensive thinking we might not have much privacy (without having the full Villa) but I was proved completely wrong. We only ever saw our lovely hosts when we needed them or when they surprised us with lovely home made treats. The apartment itself was really spacious with three good size double rooms and was immaculate. Everything was just perfect, even down to the softest pool towels!! We visited in the heatwave but it wasn’t a problem as there was AC in each room and the outdoor terrace had everything we needed… the pool, large shaded lounge/dining area, outdoor shower and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. It was only a very short walk to the local cafe bar, pizzeria and supermarket which were all great, but also a short drive to Cavtat which is one of the most beautiful places we’ve been. The photos of the property look lovely, but even they don’t do it justice…. All so much nicer in reality. And with the kindest, most helpful and welcoming hosts, we hope to return again. Thank you again Lucija and Stipica ❤️

Stunning villa and amazing pool and lounge area
Really enjoyed our stay with Lucija and Stipica. The accommodation is beautiful with everything you need. There is also air con which made a massive difference with the heat in the evening. The pool area, outdoor kitchen and lounge area make it super special. Lovely little village with two shops, bar and pizza restaurant. We decided to not hire a car and was super easy to get Ubers as it’s close to the airport. Lucija and Stipica go above and beyond and made our holiday very special. Lucija even made a birthday cake for my daughter as she celebrated it on holiday. 100% recommend this accommodation for holidays - doesn’t get any better.

Great choice
Villa Lucija was a great choice for our holidays! We have been there in June, the weather was perfect so we could enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pool and whirlpool. I didn't miss anything. Lucija greeted us when we arrived, she made welcome snacks (she even made me dessert for my birthday!) Communication was very easy and very nice. Thank you for being our host!

Beautiful Villa Lucija Cilipi Stay
We loved our stay at Villa Lucija. Everything was as described and better. Well-appointed indoor and outdoor kitchen, modern, spotless. The outdoor space was perfect with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The pool was fantastic. Everything is so well maintained. The hosts were lovely. Lucija brought us homemade treats which were amazing. We really enjoyed the Sunday singing and dancing in the church square, you might recognize one of the singers... We drove to Dubrovnik, parked on the outskirts and took UBER to get closer to old town. The City of Cavtat was close by with many restaurants and pubs, shopping. Cilipi has a pub, a pizza place grocery store and small meat store, all within walking distance. We visited a beach a short drive away which was beautiful. The airport is very close which is great for arriving and departing, we heard the planes occasionally when we were outside, but did not hear them when we were inside, and they certainly didn't affect our stay at the beautiful villa. I would highly recommend Villa Lucija Cilipi.

Perfect for a relaxing break
The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. The pool and outdoor kitchen are beautiful and patio is spacious. Lucija and Stipica are helpful and welcoming, snacks on arrival and fruit from the garden were lovely touches. Its also convenient and close to the airport. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa! It is in a great location we just got Ubers to get around to the local towns! Very clean and spacious, wonderful views! Nothing was too much trouble, it was very nice that Lucija collected us and dropped us off also at the airport! We had a few treats also which were amazing plus homemade wine which was really appreciated! We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. First class property in immaculate condition, well designed and very well looked after . Lovely pool and patio area with outdoor kitchen again finished to a very high standard. The owners are cool and friendly and hardly noticed them around . Mini market/ pizza restaurant/ coffee shop/ bar five minutes stroll/ Cevtat 5km away has plenty of restaurants in a nice harbour setting. Lots of seafarering options from here and Dubrovnik is a must. Treat yourself and stay at Villa Lucia

Absolutely amazing holiday
Just back our stay which was just over a week. From the moment we arrived the care and attention from Lucija & Stipica was just brilliant from welcome food and drinks to little surprises of food and snacks left in the outdoor kitchen throughout our stay. The apartment and the outdoor spaces are beautifully designed and they have everything you need for a very relaxing stay. Car hire is definitely a must as we found it very easy to get around - easy drive to Cavtat and we went to Montenegro as well. We will definitely be back again!!

Wonderful family holiday
We enjoyed a wonderful stay. We were a family group ranging in age from 14 to 74. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the views from the pool. The hosts were very kind and collected us from the airport in 2 cars and left us daily treats of cake, wine, fruit and tomatoes. The nicest hosts we have ever stayed with. We did not hire a car and got everywhere we wanted to go by walking or using Ubers. There is a fabulous beach bar you can walk to in 20 minutes where you can swim in the sea by climbing down ladders or jumping off rocks if you are brave. It is an unspoilt and untouristy area of Croatia and we loved it. Hope to rerun next year.

Villa Lucija - Hidden Gem
We waited 2 years to visit Villa Lucija due to covid cancellations. It was well worth the wait, Stipica and Lucija are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble, even providing us with different delicacies from their garden and kitchen. The villa was perfect with plenty of room and a fabulous pool and barbacue area. The village of Cilipi is perfect and the weekly Sunday folk dancing on a Sunday should not be missed. Overall we had a wonderful holiday in Cilipi and Cavtat, made perfect by the villa and hosts, thanks again the Lucija and family.

#Four Ladies Do Europe
The property was only 10 mins from Dubrovnik airport. We got there late at night due to flight delay and Lucija was there to meet us. She had prepared a snack too including a lovely bottle of her own wine. The villa was exactly like the photos but even better. We hired a car which I think was needed but there are taxis and buses from the village also. We watched the folk dancing in the village on Sunday morning and went to the local pizzeria where they were very friendly and spoke English. Pizzas and pasta were amazing and so reasonable. We loved Cavtat which was about 15 minutes away with a lovely harbour and various bars and restaurants and where you could get a ferry to a number of places including Dubrovnik and Korcula. We went on the three island cruise which was all day for around £40 which included lunch and all drinks. Monulat was another lovely quiet harbour nearby. We went over the border to Montenegro but make sure if you are hiring a car that you tell them you are visiting there as there is a small cost. We visited Kotor which was very nice and we shortened the return by getting a car ferry part of the way as it does take about 1.5 hours or so. The villa had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, lovely pool and jacuzzi, outside kitchen where we spent most of our time when around the pool with plenty of sun beds. The villa has air conditioning too essential on those balmy nights. Lucija was always on the end of the phone if we had questions and surprised us with little treats from time to time. The villa was spotless and also provided us with towels for the pool too so no need to take one. The views are spectacular too from the villa. I would definitely recommend this villa as it had everything apart from a toilet downstairs which Lucija said they were putting in this year so just perfect!! Hope to go back again at some stage. We loved the outside kitchen and pool area. The apartment is very clean, modern and spacious with lovely decor. We’d love to return.

Beautiful Croatia
Lovely week in this beautiful country and amazing villa. We loved the quiet location with beach bar that we walked to with crystal clear water and within east reach of Cavtat. Villa itself was excellent. Kids were always in the pool and we made great use of the outside kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for more from our friendly hosts.

Modern luxury in historic village
Spent a week here with my daughters and sister and brother in law. The property is new with modern amenities and fixtures. The beds and furniture inside and out were comfortable. Everything worked well and the place was spotless. Highlight of the stay was when we bought fish off a boat at the harbor and grilled them in the large outdoor area by the pool. The pergola and outdoor area was the gathering place for us. It is close to the city, but in a small village far enough out of the traffic that it felt like the country. The hostess greeted us fresh fruit, snacks, zucchini fritters, local drinks, and wraps for lunch. The washer was nice since we packed light. I would recommend this house to families with kids and adult groups. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the pool and views of the gardens and ocean. We also liked the short drive to the local beach bar to swim and have a drink. Lots of friendly locals and a great place to relax and float around. Our only regret was that our plane left before the local folk dancing at the church a few blocks from the house. Next time I guess.

Fantastic property and wonderful hosts.
We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful property as a family of 5. The villa is fitted out to the highest standard and the proximity to the airport was a real bonus as we were in the pool within an hour of landing at Dubrovnik airport! Nothing was too much for the owners and they were extremely helpful with all of our needs during the booking process, prior to our arrival and during our stay. They were so friendly and provided us with an amazing experience: welcoming us with lunch even though our flight was earlier than scheduled, plus bringing us alcoholic and food treats on multiple occasions during our stay which we enjoyed immensely. The regular supply of homegrown tomatoes were the most amazing that we have ever tasted. We stayed for two weeks and it was a lovely touch that the property was cleaned with the bedding and towels being changed at the end of the first week. The property has everything you could wish for, was immaculately clean and the pool area was beautiful. We could not fault the property or the owners. The attention to detail was incredible and the owners even returned the sun beds to their original places and optimal positions at the end of every day in preparation for the following day. We loved Croatia and the bars and pizza restaurant in Cilipi itself were fantastic - within a few minutes walk albeit up a short, steep hill. Cilipi is a quiet little village with lots of history and we enjoyed watching the festival and dancing that is held every Sunday. We found many lovely restaurants in Cavtat and would recommend this villa and area to anyone wishing to visit Croatia. A car is recommended if you wish to see more of the area but Cilipi itself has 2 bars, a hotel, post office, pizza restaurant (excellent value and delicious pizzas) as well as a local supermarket. It is a 10 minute drive to Cavtat and 30 minutes to Dubrovnik. This villa is perfectly situated for sightseeing and relaxation too. Thank you for helping us to have one of the best holidays ever!

Fabulous holiday
We have just returned from a fab 2 weeks. Very grateful to the fantastic hosts for the lovely tasty treats and the great fresh produce - the tomatoes were best ever. The pool and bbq area is very comfortable and ensures a great holiday. The location is great easy access to Cavtat and Dubrovnik and places to eat in the village. We were sad to miss the local dancing on a Sunday but that was the only effect Covid 19 had on our entire holiday. Thanks for a truly great time - we wish the magical filling fridge and BBQ cleaning genie were with us now!

A wonderful stay at Villa Lucija
We have just returned from a fabulous 9 days at this property. Honestly I can say it was perfect. So easy with our young family, a beautiful home and spotlessly clean. The family is so lovely and Lucija surprised us with lovely items of home made treats and produce from their garden which was absolutely appreciated. The nicest tomatoes we have eaten. We hope to return to this beautiful region of Croatia and to this property. We were very sad to leave.

A really lovely apartment
We have just returned from our 9 day holiday with our three children (10, 8 and 5) and cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Lucija and her husband were wonderful hosts, meeting us on arrival and showing us around the beautiful property, not to mention providing lunch, as well as dropping off treats throughout the week! The apartment is brand new and finished to a very high specification, and is fully equipped and beautifully furnished. What's more, the pool area (which is also brand new and really lovely) has its own "outdoor kitchen" and bbq area. We were concerned that the close proximity to the airport would mean a lot of aeroplane noise. However, most days we heard barely any aeroplanes at all, and when they were taking off in our direction it really wasn't a big deal and certainly wouldn't stop me recommending this property. We had hired a car which I think is essential; that way we could easily explore the area, including nearby Cavtat (which is a nice marina town with lots of restaurants, and from where we took the boat to Dubrovnik). It was also just a short drive to the border with Montenegro, where we went for lunch one day. We found lots of beaches and the all-important rock-jumping in to the sea! (big tip: make sure you take swimming shoes as the beaches are stoney). The village of Cilipi has a nice square with a beautiful church, a café/bar and a pizzeria. On Sunday mornings there is the opportunity to watch traditional dancing in the square, accompanied by singing and music. Thank you for a wonderful holiday - the most relaxing and fun yet, we will be back!

We had an amazing. stay here. The accommodation was first class - high spec, tasteful, spotlessly clean, spacious. and equipped with everything you could wish for. The pool and outside relaxation area were beautiful, the jacuzzi was a lovely place to hang out and the views were amazing. The village setting was perfect - very picturesque and. with nice bars and a couple of good restaurants so we could have a good time without travelling at all if we wanted. Above all the hosts did everything to make our stay as wonderful as possible including providing us with delicious food and drinks to help us settle in. We have stayed in lots of great villas in our time but this was our favourite. Croatia, Cillipi and this villa were all stunning. We can’t recommend it highly enough,
