'Phenomenal new boutique hotel in a great location. The entire team is welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Beautifully designed property all around - room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. Nice to relax on the rooftop with a cocktail in the evening. Overall experience reminded me of some 5-star boutique properties I’ve stayed at in Europe. A real gem. Looking forward to coming back!'

'We checked in late at night and immediately noticed a strong disinfectant smell coming from the bed and bedding. The smell was so overwhelming that it made it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, staff were rude during checkout and kept pressuring us to leave in the morning, which felt very unprofessional and unpleasant. Valet parking was also extremely slow, with an unreasonably long wait time for the car. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not stay...

'Overall, a pretty good place to stay closer to main Korean restaurants or downtown LA for a quick tour. It was a little bit confusing to find the parking at the front door. Other than that, the parking seems to be ok safe, given it was hard to figure out the parking entrance. Rooms were clean with comfy cotton beds. The hotel definitely was on the older side with the furnitures or amenities inside. The central heat or AC was working good with no noises. Good for family stays'
