'朝食がひどい'

'I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists'

'ウェルカムドリンクが付いていたのですが　チケットを使わずに残念でした。朝食は毎日付いていて　バイキングでしたが　卵高騰のためか玉子料理がありませんでした。品数は多くはありませんでしたが　毎日少しずつ　品を変えて出されていました。すこしさみしかった お部屋は毎日清潔にしていただき　気持ちよく寝ることができました またぜひ利用したいランクのホテルでした'

'The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.'

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. 'Prachtig authentiek, enigzins gedateerd, resort met kamers en cabins, uitkijkend op mooi natuurlijk groene plantage. Service van personeel is super en met gratis shuttle bus ben je zo in centrum. Ontbijt zou ook continental optie moeten hebben. Beter alternatief voor de standaard beton hotels.'
