'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'Prima hotel, nette en schone kamers, voor Japane begrippen ruim. Gratis gebruik van onsen. Wel apart: de handdoeken werden wel dagelijks weggehaald, maar niet vervangen; deze moet je zelf bij de receptie ophalen.'

'子供2人連れて宿泊。荷物は車で到着時スタッフの方が手伝ってくれて子供の相手もしてくれました。部屋は最上階の部屋で宿泊でマットレスも適度な硬さで快適でした！夜ご飯は近くの松美食堂さんで、朝食はホテルで美味しく食べました！値段がかなり良心的だったのですがサービスもよく満足してます。'

'スマホをタクシーに忘れてきてしまい、スタッフの方に相談した所、親身になって探してくださいました、また警察へ遺失物の届けを出す時も付き添って下さり、とても助かりました。 結局、スマホは帰宅してからGPSのアプリで探し出す事が出来て、遺失物届けを出した警察より郵送して頂きました。 やっと手元に戻ってきたスマホを見る度、 アパホテルのスタッフの方々が寄り添って親切にしてくださったからだと感謝でいっぱいの気持ちになります。 本当にありがとうございましたm(_ _)m'
