'If wanting to stay in old town this location is excellent but be forewarned that you will need to walk your luggage into the town. It's a fairly flat walk to the unit but you will need to carry it up two storeys on narrow pie shaped stairs. The checkout is early at 10:00am and communication was timely but they did miss one message, which was inconvenient. I recommend this unit for a great old town experience.'

'Had an amazing experience with our group of 19 people. During our 1 week stay we had everything we needed. Pool is really nice and located in a very exciting area.'

'Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Strand mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Villa war sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei kleinen Kindern und sowohl der Pool, als auch der Jacuzzi ein Highlight. Super praktisch ist das Duschbad, welches vom Poolbereich erschlossen ist. Da können die Kinder nass rein, um auf die Toilette zu gehn. Wir haben viel gegrillt und auch die Küche gut genutzt. Der überdachte Freisitz ist super. '

'Spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen. Host was super friendly and available if anything was needed. Air conditioning was excellent (two pumps in the space). Use of outdoor terrace and washing machine. Please note: 40 steps up from the gate to the apartment. Main parking garage is roughly 175 steps above the property on the edge of the old town. Walk to Pile Gate from the property is a gentle slope. Overall excellent apartment with a comfortable bed - had a great 3 day stay.'

'The property was beautiful. Grape vine trellis's covered much of the area with dappled shade. The view was astonishing, directly over Old Town. The setting was so nice, we actually spent one whole day at the VRBO just taking it all in. Two well stocked markets and a great restaurant; TaTa's was a short walk away. The apartment itself is very tidy, with a unique layout, which we loved.'

"Alles prima in orde; het enige vreemde was een plastic zakje om de brandmelder in de kamer. Uitstekend hotel, maar gelegen op minder rustieke plek: tussen woonflats in buitenwijk. Toch op loopafstand (ca. 15 minuten) van toeristische oude stad/boulevard en busstation (ca. 20 minuten, treinstation in 2025 niet functioneel). Diverse supermarktjes in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Soort van busstop vlak voor hotel, maar we hebben niet de moeite genomen uit te zoeken hoe het raadselachtige OV in Zadar precies werkt."

"It is an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The location is excellent as it is close to the seaside, the shops, the Palace etc. The breakfast was very lucuriius with plenty of options for every taste. The only down side is the parking. There is pretty much no free parking and if you want to park you car in the hotel parking it costs you €35 per day/night. Overall: very happy with our stay. "

"De eerste rookvrije kamer rook naar sigarettenrook, andere kamer gekregen. Het hotel was volgeboekt dus het was ingewikkeld een andere kamer te vinden en moest na 1 nacht wisselen van kamer. Vriendelijk opgelost. Hotel was schoon, niet extreem luxe. Personeel doet erg zijn/haar best. "
