'We were here for two weeks on our honeymoon. Clean and beautiful hotel. Excellent staff that truly cares about our experience. They are always looking to serve and help. They have a private beach directly connected to the hotel, together with two bigger pools. There is an abundance of lounge beds and parasols at both the beach and the pools. Cleaning crew changes the towels and clean the rooms up to 3 times a day! This is a calm and luxury hotel, so animation is limited to some sport activities...

'Mooie locatie, wel wat afgelegen dus als je verder wilt komen dan Chania is het aan te raden om een auto te huren. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, op de receptionisten na,wat een arrogante /onvriendelijke houding hebben die zeg. Eten goed verzorgd,kamers worden goed verschoond dus al met al een heerlijk verblijf gehad.'

'The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you travel as a young family with infants, this is the place to go for you. I was not prepared for the amount of small children in this resort. It was not advertised as such. The amount of crying children in the dining room was overwhelming at times. The food choices were plenty, however the quality of the food was poor, which mainly resulted in my low rating for this property. For example, you were not served orange juice, but orange taste…...

'We hadden de beste kamer met jacuzzi geboekt. Maar deze lekte aan alle kanten, er zaten veel mieren. We hebben sommige dingen zoals kamer schoonmaken Er zou dagelijks house cleaning zijn en 1x in de 2 of 3 dagen beddengoed. En het bed is maar 1x in de 6 dagen verschoond (na de eerste keer slapen, daarna niet meer) Toen hebben we dit ook 2 keer aangegeven (gebeld en bij de balie) en toen kwamen ze dit de volgende dag doen en waren na 5 minuten al weer uit de kamer. Dit was ook te zien want het...

'Een plaats om terug te keren. Gezellig en heel proper hotel. Prijs, kwaliteit. Nieks op aan te merken. Voor herhaling vatbaar.'

'We had a short holiday, 5 nights and 6 days. The neigboorhood is very quiet, but some evenings the other guests in the hotel were very loud. That was unpleasant. The hotel is build upon a hill, but they drive you with a minivan to the beach and back. Very relaxing! If you want to walk it's also no problem because they have build a bridge with stairs so it is not that steep and very good to do. Personnaly I would give it a 4-star rating, not 5 stars but afterall our stay was very good.'
