Located almost right next to the Petronas towers the Mandarin Oriental hotel is perfect for a visit to Kuala Lumpur. When you book the Club Room you can enjoy lunch, afternoon tea and even a small dinner with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The laundry services, the staff and the quality of the gym/pool makes this hotel one of the best in Kuala Lumpur.

マンダリンとしては価格を控えめにしてくれている。それで持って朝食などは美味しいし品数も多い。 クラブアクセスをつけましたが、アフタヌーンティーはそれほど。カクテルタイムは軽食などですけど美味しいものも👍 スリアKLCCに隣接しているので雨でもショッピングや食事に困らないのは最高。 タイムズスクエアくらいまでなら歩いてもさほど苦にはならないです。日陰さえ通れれば、、 スタッフの方も悪い印象は一切受けませんでした☺️

It was my first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental in Malaysia. Staff is extremely nice and polite and really tries to help. They accommodate as much as they can. The rooms are spacious and fine, but could use an update. Even some of the buttons lost its coating. The room had a weird smell, but I assume it's probably from a cleaning agent. At least I know the room is clean. There was an unknown charge during checkout, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they corrected it. The water pressure in the shower is the best. The best things about the hotel are the staff, location and building. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.
