ホテルが中心部に位置していることから、ショッピングセンターが近く、交通の便もとても良かったです。チェックイン時に歯ブラシや部屋用のスリッパがなかったのですが、フロントに電話をすると持ってきてくださったので、サービス面も良かったと思います。

Great location
Over all a good stay and the location is great! Service from staff excellent and cleanliness also good. The room was spacious and clean so all you can ask for. For breakfast I recommend you go eat before 7 am because I’ve never seen a more crowded place later on. Total mayhem! The pool area I not recommend at all because overcrowded and did not look clean enough to enter. To sum things up I recommend the hotel for adults who use the hotel as a place to sleep with easy access to all that KL have to offer. If you want a place to relax and hang out, choose another hotel!

Excellent stay
I absolutely loved this hotel!! Great location - very close to Patrons twin towers walking distance! Every single staff were super friendly!! The breakfast buffet that was included was a hit!! We were obsessed with the freshly baked croissants they do every morning!!! Soooo goooddd!! Theres no faults about this place! All staffs made us felt welcome from beginning til end. I’ll happily stay here again! Highly recommend!!

The property was much better than what I expected. The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly. The buffet was also great. I had a fantastic time on this property. I think that the smiles of the staff made it even better.

What attracted me to this hotel was the balcony but, unfortunately, it is inaccessible. Now you can request to have it unlocked, but that proved to be an immensely difficult experience. I spent the better part of the afternoon negotiating with management trying to get the door open. It took 5 separate phone calls over the course of 3 hours. Shame on you for displaying such unprofessional and uncooperative behaviour.

This hotel was a great place to stay for families & location. 10-15 minutes walk to Petronas. The MRT station Ampang is walking 5 mins near intermark. I’m a traders fan had to take cost into consideration so Perdana was great also there break options were amazing from Malaysian/Chinese to the best fresh croissant I’ve tasted. Delicious. My only complaint was the aged rooms. Although clean could do with a facelift

Great location, with the potential it can be improved with meticulous upkeep. The rooms has damp mouldy smell and feeling. The glass door in the bathroom has mildew and not cleaned throughly. The toiletries provided was also basic. At par with 2/3 star establishments. Similar at the lobby, a simple diffuser in all areas would have improved the ambiance of this 4 star establishment. Parking space could be improved with better lighting While the staffs has been helpful and great, I think attention to detail can be improved. Would love to return for its location however with choices in the area, a difficult choice.

The only team I would commend is the Bell Hop team. They were friendly and helpful. The rest of the stay was subpar. For the cost of the room, we would expect at least 4 star hotel room. We rented a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was very nice - 2 bedroom, kitchenette, living room and dining area, 2.5 baths. The hotel wanted to charge for extra towels for my kids. This was not outlined anywhere in the reservation or when we were checking in. The toilet in the second bathroom didn't work. The shower cap box was empty. The pumps on the body wash and shampoo bottles didn't work. The hair dryers in both rooms were broken. While breakfast was part of the package we booked, some of the food was stale (sesame oil) or bad (the milk was sour). I have complained to management while checking out but it's not like they can do anything monetarily since we've had to pay upon arrival. The manager mentioned "the next time we come...". THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME. Extremely disappointed. I'm still hoping to get some sort of refund but I highly doubt this place would be willing to even reach out to me.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Tried checking in early at 1PM as we arrived in KL early. The staff was helpful and accomodate to our request. Booked the two bedroom, it was clean and large. The hotel was a roughly 10mins walking distance to KLCC and 5mins walk to Ampang LRT Station.

The hotel has seen better times. It is a meeting and convention type hotel. Periodic Maintenance is lacking, the furnishing is showing its age and needs reupholstry and fresh finishing for the wood trimmings. Breakfast needs variety, noticeable after day 3. Staff super friendly but wifi erratic

Fantastic hotel with great service!
We enjoyed staying at Perdana KL. The hotel is located very central and quiet area. Our room was great in size and had everything we needed for our stay! The staff was very friendly and service minded! And we loved the breakfast and we were eating borh lunch and dinner at the redtaurant! Highly recommended, we will come back again!
