The only team I would commend is the Bell Hop team. They were friendly and helpful.
The rest of the stay was subpar. For the cost of the room, we would expect at least 4 star hotel room. We rented a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was very nice - 2 bedroom, kitchenette, living room and dining area, 2.5 baths.
The hotel wanted to charge for extra towels for my kids. This was not outlined anywhere in the reservation or when we were checking in.
The toilet in the second bathroom didn't work. The shower cap box was empty. The pumps on the body wash and shampoo bottles didn't work. The hair dryers in both rooms were broken.
While breakfast was part of the package we booked, some of the food was stale (sesame oil) or bad (the milk was sour).
I have complained to management while checking out but it's not like they can do anything monetarily since we've had to pay upon arrival. The manager mentioned "the next time we come...". THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME.
Extremely disappointed. I'm still hoping to get some sort of refund but I highly doubt this place would be willing to even reach out to me.
