Leuk verblijf
Een beetje minder modern dan Sunway Clio maar moderner dan Sunway Resort. Ontbijt vond ik persoonlijk een teleurstelling (vooral dan in vergelijking met de zopas genoemde hotels). Maar ik zou het hotel wel aanraden. Mooie fitness en leuk zwembad

쇼핑몰과 인접해 편리한 호텔, 하지만 조금 아쉬운 룸 컨디션
2018년 출장시, 선웨이 라군 호텔에 묵은 경험이 있어 이번에도 쇼핑몰과 인접한 선웨이 피라미드 호텔을 선택하였습니다. 2박 일정 동안 방은 패밀리룸으로 업그레이드가 되었는데 방이 커져서 지내는 동안 만족스러웠지만 룸 컨디션 중에 3곳이 아쉬웠습니다. 첫째, 옷장 옆에 노트북을 할 수 있는 공간에 의자가 있는데 다리 4곳 중에 1곳의 나사가 아예 분실된 상태로 도저히 앉아서 업무를 볼 수 없었습니다. 이에 의자를 일부러 눕혀서 나사가 빠진 부분이 위로 잘 보이게 두었는데 다음날도 의자만 다시 세워져있었지 개선은 되어 있지 않았습니다. (제가 제 업무 처리하느라 너무 바뻐서 호텔 측에 수리해달라고 직접 언급하지 않은 것은 조금 아쉽네요) 둘째, 냉장고 냉동칸에 성에가 몇년치는 쌓인것처럼 가득했습니다. 냉동칸을 전혀 사용할 수 없는 상태였습니다. 셋째, 벽면 쪽에 샤워기 호스 끝부분에 테프론 테이프가 이미 풀려서 튀어나온게 보인 상태이고 물을 틀면 그 쪽으로 물이 새서 벽을 타고 내려왔습니다. 이 정도 외에는 만족하게 사용을 하였고 오래된 호텔인 것은 감안해야겠습니다.

The counter service was very slow, we waited for them to service and the counter never even asked are we together with the other was service at the counter. she thought we were all together. We did not stand together, instead we stood at the back. Next, the room is too small for us, unable to lay our luggages on floor. The worst was the towels that we received was torn with threads coming off from all edges. It looked like a shoes rag. I could not believe my eyes with it. The only comfort us was the handle luggages guys were very nice, and the hotel closes to the mall and make it very convenience. There is no special service as a gold member of hotels.com

Don't know about others but for me this is the best hotel that I always stay when I reach KL I don't any pic to share cos it's already regular for me only I don't like the carpark system we have to pay and always full 🤨but the rest no complaint 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
