ロケーションはPavilionの目の前です。ですので、買い物はすぐに行けますし、周りには何でも揃っています。 今回は宿泊中に一日中仕事をした日もありましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 新しい建物ではないですが、古さをそこまで感じませんでした。 お掃除の方も丁寧に対応頂いていたと思います。 ロケーションは文句ないのですが、夜は目の前の通りがかなり混み合いますので、grabがなかなか捕まらなかったです。(時期の問題もあるかもしれません)

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our experience was 10/10. The staffwe exceptional, the property stunning and facilities surpassed expectation. The Westin is an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. Its pool area is sunken and surrounded by beautiful trees and walkways. The water feature cuts most of the outside noise so you are able to relax. The beds are luxurious as is the linen. Rooms are spotless and beautifully appointed. We certainly could not fault the property and looking forward to staying afain. Thank you all management and staff for looking after us so well.

Great downtown property. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping and twin towers. Nice restaurants and bars in hotel. 443 and ferria were our favorites. Friendly friendly staff. Highly recommended!

 初日の夜にシャワーのお湯が出ないトラブル。 エンジニアが来ても解決せず、その後、深夜1時前に「解決・謝罪」の手紙がドア下から入れられていました。 チェック・アウト時にも特に何もありませんでした。  また、アメニティの不足も多く、バスローブに至っては2人宿泊なのに、1人分のみ、 バスローブにタグがついており、「必要なら買ってください。」のような案内が・・・  ウェスティンの名に期待していたのは、確かですが、時々評価が低い口コミが見られているのが、理解できました。  高級ホテルが低価格で宿泊できる地域ですが、結局こんなものでしょうか。  次回は、もう少し上のホテル、マンデリン・リッツなどにしようと思います。

Unfortunately, for a 5 stars hotel, it did not live up to that standard for our stay. From the day of check-in, the room was not available until after 3pm check in time, as it was not ready. Then the extra bed that we ordered was not there so we had to chase it up 3 times before they found one. Then the shower head felt during the first use and luckily no serious injury. Finally, the room feel aged and not the freshness you expect for a 5 stars hotel. I do want to say given the above, credit should be given to the staff to want to fix these issues ASAP, but the feedback and rating is given based on my experience.

Not so five star hotel
This is my 4th time staying at Westin but my experience this time was not as satisfactory as before. On the day of check in, I noticed that the tissue box in the toilet was empty. Also, there is only one tea spoon instead of the usual two. I called to make a request and waited for an hour but no one deliver it to us. Make another call and waited for another hour, still nothing happen. By then, we decided to go for our dinner. By the time we are back, still no sign of the things being delivered to us, so make another call and they said it was delivered! I insisted that nothing was sent over and invite them to come to the room to check, and finally, they sent someone to have it delivered to us. Next, the shower area is leaking, resulted in water flowing out of the shower area to the common area in the toilet.
