Voor 5 sterren mag je meer verwachten
We verbleven hier meerdere nachten. Na ons verblijf in een ander pullman hotel hadden we iets meer van de kamer verwacht. De kamer was ruim maar niet echt bijzonder. Het ontbijt was goed. We hadden de schoonmakers gevraagd vroeg onze kamer schoon te maken, zodat de kinderen tegen de middag kunnen slapen. Dit was maar 1 keer gelukt. De andere dagen moesten we speciaal vragen om later de kamer schoon te maken. 1 keer kwamen ze de kamer binnen terwijl we hadden gevraagd niet te storen. Ook kregen we niet altijd genoeg schone handdoeken en is het bed maar 1 keer verschoond in 5 nachten. Dit terwijl het dekbed duidelijk vies was. We hebben 1 keer aan de bar gegeten maar ik moest 2 keer iets anders bestellen omdat het gekozen gerecht niet voor handen was. Best vreemd dat ze geen hamburger en club sandwich hadden. Tevens is 2 dagen na het uitchecken mijn creditcard nog geblokkeerd voor een veel te hoog bedrag. Slechtste pullman (Accor) ervaring tot nu toe.

Groot en onpersoonlijk.
De dames bij de receptie zijn niet vriendelijk. Het overige personeel is dat wel. Wij werden niet enthousiast van het ontbijt. Brood is 3 dagen oud. De receptie liep te klungelen met onze boeking waardoor wij 3 uur zijn bezig geweest om nieuwe sleutelkaarten- en toegang tot het internet te krijgen. Schoonmaak van de kamer waren zij ook vergeten. Wij moesten overal zelf achteraan. Totaal niet meedenken en geen service. Nooit meer een Pullman hotel voor ons.

Slechte service, onvriendelijke dames bij receptie
De dames bij de receptie zijn niet vriendelijk en weten niet wat klantgerichtheid is. De kamers zijn 'OK' maar de badkamers niet heel erg schoon. Het ontbijt heeft een ruime keuze aziatisch eten maar het brood is zo vreselijk oud dat het niet meer eetbaar is. Alles bij elkaar hebben wij een vieze nasmaak overgehouden aan dit hotel en zouden hier nooit weer boeken.

It is easy to walk down to the waterfront and back. Good if you can provide more information on eateries, places of interest, shops, etc on the map you provided. Its too few, brief and not accurate enough.

This is a 5 Star Hotel - 5 very small stars
The good thing first - the bed was comfortable and the air con worked Then the bad - No hot water for showering, bathroom sink was blocked at arrival and had to call maintenance, bar fridge had to be deiced and then barely cooled, only 4 lifts for the size of hotel should be at least 6-8 so long waits, car park is really annoying coz they charge you RM5 per day, which is ok if you didn't have to go outside the building to pay the 5RM in an unsafe area - why do they bother charge RM5 instead on making it free parking is beyond me. All in all a hotel very much build on a budget and maintenance is poor.

A great hotel but not with good services
The hotel rooms were not clean with lots of thick dust. Lots of things are missing like small towel, lotion. The kettle and ac control is broken upon checking in. The room wasnt cleaned properly for the subsequent days. Glass was not washed, floor wasnt mopped, towel wasnt given. The conceige service was great. Parking fee was also not explained clearly which created lots of confusion

Good stay at a good location. Only complaint is the smoking stench in the main lobby. They should be more stricter with smokers snoking in a designated area further away so tge ventilation doesnt blow into the lobby.

Good location, service could be improved
The hotel is located close to the Kuching Hilton, and is a short walk uphill from the Waterfront. The property presents itself as an up-market establishment and makes a great impression upon arrival. However once inside, one is slightly underwhelmed. Parking is shared with the shopping center downstairs and is not complementary. The air conditioning in the room did not cool fully despite adjusting the controls. The TV stations offered did not match what was printed in the list in the room. Sometimes it was difficult to get towels at the swimming pool. Also housekeeping sometimes missed replenishing the in-room amenities. Most disappointing was neither the front desk nor housekeeping answered when telephoned from the room. Overall, it just missed on making itself the premier destination in town.

편안한 숙박
숙박할 수 있는 공간이 매우 넓고 좋았어요. 특히나 화장실은 매우 넓었습니다. 화장실에서 냄새가 올라오긴 했지만, 문을 닫고 있으면 괜찮았어요:) 편안한 숙박이었습니다.
