'Everything ok'

'Very nice hotel located outside the city center but still close enough. Great value for money'

'The hotel is amazing. We stayed in the Ustinov suite and were very pleased. The restaurant is first class . The hotel is pet friendly!! The staff need a shout-out here cause they are beyond great!! '

'As temperatures continue to rise it would be nice to have air conditioning. Not the norm throughout Essen.'

'We’ve come to the Rathaus multiple times by now and every single time it’s been excellent. The fact that there’s a well stocked kitchen to use with all the amenities you might need is invaluable, it’s so convenient! The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly.'

'This hotel lies in the greener outskirt of Essen, ideal for cycling trips or to visit tne Ruhrgebiet without the rush of a city centre. We had a very comfortable stay. There is a lot of eye for detail in this hotel. For example: we had two racebikes with us which we could park securely in a special and fully equipped bikegarage. The breakfast was well organised and the restaurant is a recommendation for lunch and dinner. Last but not least the personnel is really guest focussed. Only attention...

'prima'

'Excellent en practical hotel for a business trip. Only element of critism is the noise insulation between rooms, but the noise from the Railway was no issue.'

Ontbijt was uitstekend.
