De beste hotelbeoordelingen voor Kust van Dubai

W Dubai - The Palm

10/10 Voortreffelijk

"I had an excellent stay at W Dubai. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. A special thank you to Pony and Tanika at the reception, who were both extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. They made me feel very welcome and contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!"

Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

10/10 Voortreffelijk

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Taj Exotica at The Palm was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We stayed here with our baby and everything was so comfortable, easy and family-friendly. The entire team made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. I honestly don’t want to mention just one staff member, because everyone did such an amazing job. The service, hospitality and attention to detail were truly outstanding. A beautiful hotel, a wonderful experience, and definitely a place we will return to. Highly recommended!"

Atlantis The Royal

8/10 Goed

"The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. The one thing that stopped this from being a perfect stay was the booking process. My reservation had somehow been cancelled in their system, and I only found out because I chased it up myself. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to think along with me or take ownership of the problem — I had to keep pushing to get my booking reconfirmed. For a property of this standard, I’d expect the service to match the surroundings. The hardware is five-star; the guest support in this instance wasn’t. Worth staying for the facilities, but do double-check your reservation beforehand."

Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

10/10 Voortreffelijk

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a huge variety of food, so there is something for everyone. It was a great way to start each day. A special thank you to Michael, who went above and beyond to help us get connecting rooms so we could stay close to our children. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He made a real difference to our stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the pool area. Several of the sun umbrellas were damaged, and unfortunately, the cabanas were broken and could not be used properly. Repairing or replacing them would make the pool area even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. We would happily stay here again."
