'The room was spacious with 2 individual beds and a bunk bed for the kids, small kitchenette and efficient bathroom. The hotel offers a wide variety of amenities and loaner items in case you forgot something. The hotel is located within 10 minutes from. Nijo castle and a subway station. Bus 29 stops in front of Nijo castle and takes you to Kinkaku-ji temple. We would definitely stay here again!'

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing!
But here are con's:
- place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples.
- I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range
Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price.
By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'The room is even better in person. Really big, you can tell that everything is new. The hotel provided more than I was expecting. Location is great, near to bus stops and train station, supermarkets and restaurants. If I ever go back to Kyoto, I'd definitely gonna go back to the same place. '
