'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Very nice hotel with large rooms and a fantastic location in Kyoto. Very pleasant staff who were helpful and a great Italian coffee shop next door specializing in breakfast and apres drinks. Our only (major) issue was that the room we booked wasn’t what we were provided. Luckily the room we had booked wasn’t available but we had to pay extra for our booking that had been previously confirmed. We complained to Expedia and are awaiting a response. The price for the rooms is very reasonable and...
