'Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The staff set the gold standard for hospitality—warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Our Two Twin Room with a balcony was fantastic. It was super spacious, beautifully lit, and had great air conditioning. The bathroom was huge, and having two sinks made a massive difference. 'Wanted to leave an honest review of the hotel and Pokemon room. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient. However - room cleanliness is a concern. Shower smells musty, and a pungent smell permeates the room and entire second floor of the hotel. I’d pass on this one - it impacted our stay!'

'Everything was perfect, one of the best stays ever. The apartment had really everything, included a washing machine with drying function. We would surely come back to this hotel if we visit Kyoto again. Thanks!'

'The check at reception a friendly lady helped us very well to check in. The only advice I have is to clean a little better the room (some places are a bit dusty in the appartment). I can recommend this place for anybody else. Everything is close by, rent a bike, bike to the temples or visit the market which is a walking distance from Minn Sanjo. '

The breakfast dining area is very small with very limited and same selection of breakfast everyday. We would appreciate our stay better if there were more healthy options to choose from.'

'Absolutely stunning accommodation! You check-in at the cafe and they are more than accommodating with luggage before hand and we even had some delivered midway through. The elevator opens directly into you secure space, which is super charming. The bedrooms are huge and comfortable and we had an incredible jacuzzi tub. Far exceeded our expectations and wish we could have stayed longer. Great location too! Walkable to market and only 1-2 stops from main station. We walked everywhere.'
