'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Location is convenient, only a 3 minute walk from Gojo subway station. You can actually walk to Gion and train station if you have some time to stroll. I have only seen the staff at check-in. The rest of time I did not see a soul at front desk. Questions during stay were handled through Line and they were not very helpful. They do not accept luggage delivery nor do they help ship luggage.'

'The room I got was very good for the price. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I wanted plus some extras, like they provided detergent for the washing machine. The location is nice (1 block away from a subway station) and the staff are efficient. The only thing I disliked is that they want you to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, which is strange and could cause problems, but thankfully I avoided any such problems.'
