'We stayed in the deluxe apartment, which was very new, modern and quite large. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom had washer dryer. The place is very central at the north end of Gion and close to metro and buses. Reception is partially virtual but when we checked in there was a real person ! Room service on request and extra charge if needed. Towel change on request at reception. We really enjoyed or our stay here - just one thing that was not perfect : our room (despite on 6th floor) faced...

'Room is big with 2 beds that could fit 2 persons each so me and my daughter slept comfortably. However, had the beds been a western single there could be more floor space for luggage and walking. Our bidet was faulty (runs out of water quickly so button had to be pressed often) but I didn’t let that bother me. Location is very convenient, in front of a major street, making me feel like a local but close/walkable to a lot of tourist sites. Lots of convenience stores around and bus stops are 1-2...

'Everything was very smooth! A bit small but we didn’t mind. It had all the essentials as well as a washing machine (the drying process was a bit traditional but again we didn’t mind) and the receptionists (especially Hiro) were very accommodating and amazing! We would absolutely stay here again in the future as it is in a very convenient location'

'This has everything you need for a short stay and is in a nice neighbourhood with a Lawson next door. We chose the location as we had an event at Rohm Theatre. It was an easy walk to the theatre and nearby shrine. Room was clean and spacious with own laundry, kitchenette and loved the bathroom. Water pressure was amazing! Whilst not in the centre of Kyoto it had great transport connections. We used the bus a lot. Thank you for a great stay!'
