'The room was clean and tidy, and having a private sauna was amazing—it felt so relaxing to unwind there after walking all day! Parking is quite limited with only two spots available. We had to park at a nearby lot on the first night, but we were able to reserve a space for the remaining two nights, which made things very convenient.'

'Everything was perfect, one of the best stays ever. The apartment had really everything, included a washing machine with drying function. We would surely come back to this hotel if we visit Kyoto again. Thanks!'

'We had an excellent 1 night stay in Kyoto. We had a huge room that slept 5 and it was extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they literally have any item that you may forget there plus more for free. Thank you!'

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing!
But here are con's:
- place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples.
- I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range
Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price.
By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'３泊４日で夏休みの家族旅行(大人２人、子ども２人)で利用しました。ダブルベット２台の部屋を利用。3泊で３万円台でした。
タオルは10:00までに客室玄関前に出しておくと夕方には新しいタオルに交換してくれます。室内に洗濯機があり、1回分の小さな液体洗剤が２袋置いてあり、無料で利用できました。
リクエストすると、追加できるようでした。
浴室乾燥機がついており、21:00頃干して翌朝には乾いてました。
4〜5人分の料理ができる鍋とフライパンが各一個あり、ご飯を炊くことができました。覚えてる中で、直径20センチほどの深皿４枚、スープカップ４個、おはし、スプーン、果物ナイフのような小さめの包丁、お玉もありました。
安くでホテルを探していた私たちにとっては、値段以上に快適に過ごすことができました。
ありがとうございました。
ちなみに、京都の宿泊税として2400円をチェックアウト時に現金で支払う必要がありました。'
