The hotel was clean, accommodating, and located conveniently. Everything was excellent except the room size. We knew it would be small but it was still slightly smaller than expected. Overall, an excellent stay. Breakfast price increased from 800 yen to 1200 yen from April 2024. We stayed 2 nights and puchased the breakfast for both days. It enjoyed the breakfast. The evening reception did not have any alcohol was previously advertised. All it had was coffee, tea, orange juice and apple juice.

交通不近到京都站的地鐵站,到京都市區較為不便。旁邊有便利店也算是好處。 前枱能夠在提前到達時寄存行李,並在有房間後,把行李送上客房,值得讚賞! 床的尺寸比較大,也很舒服,算是不錯。飯店房間活動空間很小,行李箱很勉強才能放下及打開使用。 電視雖然是新款,但無法投射手機的鏡像到電視。雖然設有充電線,但無法充電,幸好本人有自帶充電器。房間隔音較差,晚上睡覺會聽到街外行車的聲音。有三台自助洗衣機,並可在電視上看到使用情況,但需要收費,並有一台洗衣機壞了。 酒店房間設有個人浴室,也有公眾澡堂,但澡堂沒有時常過濾水質,有試過浸浴時見到其它住客的脫皮在漂浮。住了三個晚上,有兩晚都有呢!但在一整天的行程鞏以浸泡一下,也算是不錯!

Loved that the property was in a great location, which was very walkable and easy to get to places. Train station was just a few minute walk, 7 eleven was just a 1 min walk. Very convenient and would highly recommend.

Cozy and great value for the money
The roons are small and basic but very nice. The shower was amazing! The happy hour was nice (and free). The beds are hard so if that isn't your thing, don't stay here. Overall very nice.

As usual, if the hotel didn’t provide room area, it is definitely small. I have to always place my luggages under the bed, so it is rather inconvenient. The staffs are friendly, but I always wonder why not the youngsters learn more English since there are many International tourists. To master other languages will be beneficial to themselves too, no? Anyway, this is a average hotel, the most I like about is the bathroom which is not bath tub type. A good shower really help for the long walk in the day. The hotel location not far from shopping area either, easy access. I didn’t try onsen and wine, so can’t gave comments about it. Lastly, I would like to highlight a few things to Hotel Amanek, 1. The smoking room is located at lift lobby and smoke get into lifts, it is very disgusting for non smokers. 2. One of the lift has some mechanical problems, check it before it totally out of service. It always dropped before it start moving. 3. The pillows are too flat.

Clean and fresh hotel
A very cozy and comfortable hotel. A bit hard pillows but that seems common in Japan. The washing possibilities were excellent, but it was difficult to get completely dry. Loved their humidifier that comes in great colors by the bed. Quite a small room but there was a perfect area by the bed to sit etc. They also had a lovely public bath at the hotel.

Clean modern room but quite small as most rooms in Japan are. Within walking distance to nearest subway station. One subway stop from the popular Gion area. Public onsen in the building.

The room was extremely small, but it was well thought it out all the details. bathroom was updated and clean. I like the way the toilet and shower were separated.

忘れもには注意
部屋に忘れ物をしたが届けられてないと即答された。 再度確認して欲しい旨をお伝えしたが、すでに確認した結果だと伝えられた。 電話の流れからすると、清掃担当者本人には確認されていないと思われる。 当ホテルに忘れ物をした際は、絶対にかえってこないと思った方が良い。非常に残念。

Anonymous 様この度はホテルアマネク京都河原町五条をご利用頂き誠にありがとうございます。お客様に不快な思いをさせてしまい、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。心よりお詫び申し上げます。忘れ物に関しては管理システムを使い、お客様から連絡があった際すぐ確認できるようになっております。そしてお客様が使われた客室の清掃は終了、もう一度確認したとこと忘れ物は見当たりません。忘れ物の場合、回収したシーツや布団カバーに巻き込まれれましたら見つかることが難しいです。何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
