'Wonderful place to stay, we loved that the area was in a real neighborhood and not touristy. The only complaint is the main bedroom faces a an alley that has a motion activated light that shines bright on and off all night while you are trying to sleep. Dark shade would help this situation. '

We loved the bathroom. The little library was fantastic, and I loved to sit upstairs in the morning and watch the sun come up over eastern hills with a coffee and a book. 'I wanted a traditional Japanese experience for my birthday and this was all around fantastic! My only fault was arriving late in winter and it took awhile for the heating to warm up the place (I'm from a tropical climate so it's much colder here for me).'
