'The staff are very friendly and helpful. The young lady at reception showed us the website of live camera by the observatory so that we can check visibility from the hill top. Hotel location is perfect and an easy stroll to the most beautiful part in Hakodate. The decoration of former bank converted hotel is cool and stylish. The bathroom in double room is spacious in Japanese standard while the room is a bit cramped but we managed as we only spent two nights '

The room was spacious and I could open up two large luggages and still have space. The location felt a little more remote but is accessible to most attractions either by foot or by tram. '
