'They ask you to checkin after 04:00 PM and checkout should be done before 11:00 AM. It’s not even 24hrs of stay and charged us for 1 day. It should be 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM.'

'While the location was perfect, it was hard not having an onsite concierge to consult. They were very easy to reach via text and gave easy advice, but the email key was annoying to use, a door code would have been easier. No salt or pepper or shampoo and conditioner like a typical hotel. No windows opened in the room so one breakfast we made bacon and it smelled of bacon the rest of our time (not a bad smell to have) . For the cost and the amenities provided we wouldn’t stay here again or...

'Excellent room, spacious, clean and with a kitchen! Front desk hours are limited but they’re very responsive. It’s a bit far out from old town quebec but it’s okay since rideshares and taxis are pretty reasonable. There’s restaurants and a small supermarket nearby which makes using the kitchen in the room ideal. Virtual check in process.'

Plusieurs points m’ont séduit : la propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs, l’emplacement de l’hébergement (proche de la gare d’autobus et du centre de Québec), ainsi que le calme du quartier. Les indications pour accéder à l’établissement et les règles de fonctionnement étaient claires et bien présentées. Excellent rapport qualité‑prix.'

'La propreté était très bien. Il y a un stationnement sur la même rue à une cinquantaine de mètres qui est beaucoup plus près que l'hôpital, et le prix moins cher pour 24h. Le seul bémol de notre séjour dans la chambre est le rideau qui n'est pas assez opaque. La clarté entre trop de bonheur.'
