'This hotel was a very good experience except for one major aspect that while I understand is outside of the hotel’s control is something that needs to be addressed. The room was very clean (except for a spoon that wasn’t washed properly), security for the building and rooms felt good, and most amenities were present. 'What a cool place! You can tell tbe owner put a lot of thought into the layout to work very well for our family of 4. Everybody was very comfortable. Accessibility to nearby stores, ice skating in Parc de la Pointe-aux-Lievres and downtown Quebec City was great. We will seek this place out in the future for sure. '

'I was there for one week to attend the Quebec senior games. The place was adequately equipped and clean. There were several small maintenance issues, burnt out lights, plumbing draining, toilet leaking, worn rug, screens missing and handles need replacing. The owner does not communicate through texting. This is a main floor unit so access is easily available from the back and front. '
