Location was next to and connected by a bridge with the landmark Sky Tower and a short 15 minute walk to the waterfront, ferries etc. Restaurant (the Grill) served excellent breakfast selection. 'DeBrett is a beautiful hotel, with a very original interior design. Location is perfect in downtown Auckland. Room was clean, service good. The staff were helpful, the room was clean (and quiet) and our overall experience was great. Definitely recommended for a stay in Auckland. 'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '
