'Location and cleanliness'

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back.'

'Het hotel ligt in het CBD, op 3 minuten lopen van de Sky Tower en 5 van de Art Gallery of Queens Street de winkelstraat. De haven ligt op 10 minuten wandelen. Het hotel is een modern hotel met mooi ingerichte kamers met alle comfort. De badkamer is voorzien van een ruime tweepersoonsdouche. Alles was schoon. Er is een restaurant met het ruime ontbijtbuffet of voor 's avonds. Het personeel was attent en behulpzaam.'

'This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.'

'Het uitzicht was uniek. Zicht op de haven en de toren van Auckland. Een zeer mooie kamer, zoals de foto bij boeking. Goede bedden en goede kwaliteit lakens. Service van al het personeel: uitstekend, zoals je het bij een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht. Minpuntje: de deur van de gemeenschappelijke stoomkamer sleepte over de vloer bij het openen en sluiten. Storend wanneer je zit te relaxen en genieten. '

'De kamer was ruim en badkamer schoon, maar daar is alles ook mee gezegd. Het hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad… de bank was vies en de meubels gedateerd. Het was het allemaal net niet. We kwamen naar dit hotel om uit te rusten in een mooie 5 sterren hotel, maar 3 sterren past er beter bij. We snappen ook niet waar de 5 sterren vandaan komt. De cafe onder ons begon om 6 uur al met voorbereiden op de dag, waardoor we continue geklop en geschuif van stoelen hoorden. Om half 8 ging de muziek aan....

'All windows need to be cleaned all carpet needs professional clean or replacing, the main ensuite bathroom cabinets are perishing and the bathrooms need cleaning and wooden floors need cleaning, also the tables need dusting properly. One of the blinds in the main bedroom is faulty. One of the dining chairs is faulty. There was rubbish under a bed. There is only one outdoor chair and no table. Stunning views. Good price point. Carpark nearby. '

'Very nice hotel in the City center. A lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We had a room at the 20th floor on the side with great view of the bay. Very quit room, we loved that.'
