'Valeria checked us in. She's amazing. Room is clean and has a beautiful view. We had a minor issue with no water in our lodge but the admins got to work on it right away. Very quiet, at the base of the volcano and a 12 minute walk from the La Fortuna waterfall. Kind of has a log cabin feel with beautiful views. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Large rooms, individual bathrooms on each side and a mini kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Great for families. We'd stay again'

'We had the room with the private pool this time, and let me tell you it was gorgeous!! The pool could use a little updating, but the property is under new ownership and they are renovating everything. When we got there we were told they were giving us a free tour at the hanging bridges… we’ve been to La Fortuna many times, but had never done this activity. This is a DO NOT MISS location! We saw so many birds, a coati, 5 different eyelash vipers, blue jean frogs, etc. I highly recommend...
