'This is a great family vacation stay. The property has everything and you cannot beat the location! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Not that you need to go anywhere, there are plenty of eating places on site that are delicious. The staff is so helpful and nice, you really never need to leave. 'Overall a nice hotel with lovely staff. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant had mediocre food, but also nice staff. I wish the hotel had some beach chairs to borrow, as this is a pricey stay and one amenity would have been nice.'

'Great place! Me and my parents planned a staycation in La Jolla. We stayed on the first floor, I wish I could have been in a higher floor to enjoy the view more and have a bit more privacy, since our balcony was right next the rail to go into the hotel and people were passing by a bit. But still very nice place to stay in. The renovated rooms are super nice and very spacious. The only complaint I have for my stay was the Valet parking. It took about 30 minutes (if not more) to get my car parked....

'Geweldig uitzicht op pier en oceaan. Strand voor de deur. Kamers zijn mooi ingericht en geluiddicht. Tophotel, waarbij nu eens niet de lobby, maar de kamer zelf fantastisch is. Te vaak is de lobby fraai maar de kamer waardeloos, hier dus niet. Er zit een goed restaurant in het hotel, met uitzicht op zee. Personeel is zeer aardig en efficiënt.'

About a 18 min drive from the main shops and restaurants area, great pool and amenities, restaurant and cafe on site were nice to have when travelling with small kids. The property is well maintained. Rooms are comfortable, could be a bit updated and cleaner but the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. 'The hot tub was great, and the the cold plunge was a welcomed surprise. Definitely not for the faint of heart, but also great. The corn hole was also fun. The bathroom was luxurious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. The included rentals also added to the experience. We enjoyed our stay.'
