'The property is beautiful and the view is amazing. The beach is just a few minutes walk and you can access town on foot in about 25 minutes. Grocery store and a bar are about a 7 minute walk from the property. We had a couple of problems with the house but Katrina from the agency was very good with trying to help. Unfortunately I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the town or the house, but the two bedrooms by the pool have an awful smell of sewer, and one of the rooms does not have a window so...

'Very kind owner and agency. Quick in responding. We were early and because the house was ready we could already check in. So kind. The hous is clean and nice. The views are amazing. And there is a lovely place to sit outside. I highly recommend this house.'

'Maison de vacances parfaite. On s’y sent bien tout de suite. Quand on est sur la terrasse, on a du mal à quitter les lieux. La vue est magnifique à toute heure de la journée. Maison bien équipée, il manquait juste une grande table pour profiter des dîners dehors mais on s’est organisé pour faire les repas sur l’immense table basse. A l’écart de la foule, au calme. Avec des plages au calme à juste 3 km. Idéal pour la natation du matin. '

'We had a great time in this large, picturesque house with swimming pool in the Sardinia hills. Owner Olivia is super friendly, knows a lot about the area, and is always around the house in the apartment below to answer questions and for small talk and/or to make reservations at nice restaurants. Location is about 20 minutes out from Santa Teresa and the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. House is spacious with two single beds, and matrimonial beds otherwise. We had a great time!'

'Host tried to full blown scam us. Was almost left without a villa, fortunately we knew locals who were able to threaten the host police action so eventually got a new house after losing a day and an insane amount of stress / back and forth. Would not recommend under any circumstance. Lost a night, 2 bed rooms, and have not been able to get a refund yet. Would have been completely homeless without our local friends as host was sketchy leading up and went completely dark day of check in. Total...
