'Prachtig hotel, mooi ingedeeld, prachtige kunst, zeer vriendelijke service, heerlijk ontbijt, rustige kamer. Kortom een feestje om hier te verblijven.'

'Outstanding boutique hotel just inside the wall in a quiet location close to everything within the walled city. Staff was as good as any Four Seasons and the concierge Emily provided the best recommendations and was a joy to work with. Breakfast was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and look forward to another visit soon !'

'It was the perfect location. It is in the middle of everything and at the same time away from it all. The area was extremely quiet even with a city view room. The place is really beautiful. What made place special for us the staff. They were so accommodating and attentive. We communicated through WhatsApp for all our needs. It was so quick. We felt like we were the only one staying at the hotel. It is actually the place to stay when you are in Cartagena.'

'Loved it and would come back . Walking distance to everything and everyone was amazing'

'All areas of this hotel are super above any hotel you have experienced. Personal details such cards with your name and an included breakfast that is great. However, the best is its staff which is truly make your stay wonderful.'

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.'

'Geweldige service, schoon en mooie inrichting!'

'The total experience was everything I could have hoped for and more. We arrived before check in time. Give a reception drink and checked out b'

'Very good quality. Friendly stuff. '

'It’s a great property on a nice location. But I booked a design suite, arrived at 1.30 pm. Room not ready (normal). Ready after 3 pm so I went in the city to have lunch. Came back at 3.30, received the key and guess what? Room was still occupied with clothes, suitecases, not cleaned. After an hour they gave me another (normal) room. Above that the rooftop pool is empty, bar not open, elevator doesn’t work. Got nof compensation other than a (nice) drink. So overall not at all what I paid for €...

'Staff was excellent and highly recommended to stay!'

'It's good Hotel, very good and clean, staff excellent.'

'Location is perfect to explore the Walled City and Getsemaní. Only a 5 min walk to the harbor where dive boats pick up. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room with balcony was clean, comfortable and decorated super cute. Upon returning to the room after a long day, you can turn on the AC, it has a 'turbo' option and the room is comfortable almost immediately. I traveled solo but it would comfortably fit 2 people. Bathroom was very clean and there is hot water...
