"We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast. We booked a room with clublounge access and this was the only part that could be better. The (sparkling) wines were very sweet and did not taste good. The food offering in the evening was very limited, but the quality was decent. They also have cocktails, but they did not advertise that you have to make them yourself. After some help from chatGPT we found some nice combinations with the drinks that were on offer. But we would not choose clublounge again here. Was kind of an disappointment. The rest (room, breakfast, service, pool) was perfect!"

"Heel leuk hotel op prima locatie. Lekker ruime en schone kamer met heerlijk bed. Prachtig dakterras met twee kleine dompelbadjes. Niet echt geschikt om bij te gaan liggen en relaxen. Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het enige nadeel was dat tijdens ons verblijf er verbouwd werd in een gebouw naast het hotel. Tussen 08.00 en 17.00 was er een oorverdovend lawaai van gehak en drilboor. "

"Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay."
