'Unit was located at a busy street with many loud motorcycles as choppers and cars with extreme loud engines, as seems to be the culture in southern California. My sleep was interrupted many times because of this. At my request to relocate I only got an answer 4 days (and difficult nights) later. In the new unit the TV malfunctioned, the remote could only be used for changing the channel and not volume or even de-activate the TV. You had to do this with a button on the TV. TV itself did not work...

'Unfortunately one of the worst experiences I’ve had, running upstairs and jumping all night till 1am. People outside making a ruck. Dirty towels, room was stuffy and ac took forever to level the temp but still stuffy. No blanket just thin sheet. The room had a bad smoke odor but front staff said they don’t smell anything but sprayed it. It was basically u get what u pay for and we just needed a bed and so it is what it is. Plus side there was parking and free WiFi, microwave, fridge and tv.'

'Horrible place to stay. We had a sleep in our car because the place has vermin, roaches we’re crawling everywhere including the bed. Disgusting do NOT recommend, don’t come here.'

'Kamer was goed, maar op en rond het terrein hingen veel mensen rond. Er was wel bewaking. Parkeerplaats was smoezelig, er lagen hondenbrokken. Heb er wat van gezegd, maar daar werd niets mee gedaan. Wel coffee to go bij vertrek :) '

'I never leave negative reviews, but this motel was just the cherry on top. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay at not even for a NIGHT. It stinks like Cigarets, It definitely wasn’t cleaned before they checked it out to us, since another persons UNDERWEAR & SOCKS were hanging on the shower curtain. To top it off, there was cigaret burns on the bed sheets. SUCH A DISGUSTING PLACE. Do not spend your money here. If you have children with you, DO NOT STAY HERE it smells horrible and it is not...

'One of the best deals you could find in San Diego! I spent a long time looking for a cheap yet comfortable motel and this was the best option. Had everything you could need for a few days in the city. Room included a fridge, microwave, and TV- all big sizes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Exterior of motel also makes it a comfortable environment. The outdoor decoration and location was a bonus.'

The second time, I had cash for the room, I had my ID and money on my card, but that time they said it had to be a cash deposit.. ok.. I wasn’t able to get cash from the local atms, and I was sp tired, it was Christmas, and I had to work the next day, so they made an “arrangement”...
