The Space:

Inside, you’ll find two serene bedrooms with queen beds, a bright living area with TV for unwinding, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator—ideal for everything from quick breakfasts to full meals. Step onto your private balcony for morning coffee or a sunset moment after a day in town.



As a guest, you’ll also enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including a gym, a rooftop terrace with a barbecue area, and a jacuzzi—perfect for relaxing with city views.



The loss of the vehicle gate tag has a charge of $600 MX.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole apartment to yourselves! That means both bedrooms, the living room with a TV, the fully stocked kitchen (it has a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge!), the two bathrooms, and the balcony are all yours. Feel free to kick back, relax, and enjoy your stay in complete privacy.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Zona Comercial, you’re surrounded by restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and artisan shops—plus the boardwalk is close enough for daily strolls, cycling, and unforgettable sunsets.



Getting Around:

Public transportation is nearby, taxis and ride-shares are easy to find, and LAP Airport is about 15 minutes away by car. There’s no dedicated parking, but street parking is generally available—please follow posted restrictions.



Other Things to Note:

Water and power interruptions are a general issue throughout La Paz, not specific to this property, and are more common during the summer hurricane season, typically lasting 4-5 hours. These interruptions can also occur at other times of the year.

As your host, we monitor our water levels closely, and we have the option to send a water truck (pipa) if needed to keep the property supplied. To help us avoid running into these issues, we kindly ask that you use water consciously, turning it off when it's not needed. Recycled water is also an easy way to help conserve, both for us and for the environment.
