The Space:

This lovely home in La Paz is in a magnificent location overlooking the Sea of Cortez and La Paz Bay. It will provide a luxurious escape and become the perfect place to make fun new memories and collect vacation stories!

- An open living area with sensational views of the bay and ocean. A bright and luminous space with natural light and cool accents, stylish decor and a 50" Smart TV with streaming services. You’ll have super comfy sofas and direct access to the terrace with another sofa seating and lounge area. It’s the perfect mix for relaxing downtime moments at home.

- The kitchen has granite countertops is fully-equipped to whip up any meal to enjoy at home with an oven and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart.

-​​ The dining area adjacent to the kitchen features a fantastic dining table to seat 6 comfortably when enjoying meals at home and a fun mealtime conversation.

- Feel free to sit outside under the shade of the wonderful outdoor terrace off the living area. There’s plenty of sofa lounge seating. You can sip a coffee or a cocktail, chit-chat and enjoy the nice breeze and amazing sea views and oh…the spectacular sunsets each night!

Getting Around:

The home is about 12 miles | 19 km or about a 25-30 min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2 hr 45 min drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).



Other Things to Note:

Please read the following information carefully before arrival.



Water conservation:



Short water interruptions lasting a few hours can occasionally occur in La Paz. Please help conserve water by closing faucets whenever they are not being used.



A bucket is provided so you may collect water while waiting for the shower to warm. If necessary, the collected water can later be used to flush the toilet. Small conservation habits have a meaningful impact in this region.



Temporary road work notice:



Road improvements within Las Colinas are scheduled to begin July 31 and continue for approximately two weeks. Vehicle access to the property may be temporarily disrupted during this period. Thank you in advance for your patience.



Entertainment:



The Smart TVs are prepared for use with popular streaming platforms. Traditional cable television service is not provided.



Las Colinas pool:



Guests may use the community pool while following all posted regulations. Appropriate swimwear is required for every guest entering the pool area.



The Colinas pool is closed for maintenance until further notice. Please note the pool is not heated.



Puerto Beach Club and Hotel Indigo pool access



Access to Puerto Beach Club and the Hotel Indigo pool is available but is not included in the rental price. Under the club’s current policy, admission requires the following minimum food and beverage consumption:



- Adults: MXN $800 per person

- Children who are minors: no minimum consumption

- Teenagers entering without an adult: MXN $500 per person



These requirements are established independently by Puerto Beach Club and Hotel Indigo and may be modified without prior notice.



Club Beach is reserved exclusively for property owners and is not accessible to rental guests.



Noise and consideration for neighbors:



Parties and events are not permitted. Music, conversations, and all other noise must remain at a respectful level throughout the reservation. Quiet is especially important after 10:00 p.m.



The property has a noise sensor that measures decibel levels and notifies management when sound exceeds the permitted range. It does not make or store audio recordings.



Golf cart rule for minors:



Las Colinas community regulations strictly prohibit minors from driving golf carts.



If a minor in your group is found operating the golf cart, the guest who made the reservation will be charged USD $100 for each incident, without exception.



Food and beverages:



Please enjoy food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas. Food and beverages are not permitted in the living room.



Stairs:



The lower-level bedrooms can only be reached by stairs.



Welcome supplies:



A one-time starter supply is provided at arrival. It includes:



- Drinking water

- Paper towels

- Napkins

- Sponge

- Liquid soap

- Trash bags



Each bathroom will also have:



- Toilet paper

- Hand soap

- Bar soap

- Shampoo

- Bath towels



These products are supplied once as a welcome amenity and will not be replenished during the reservation.



Electricity for extended stays



For reservations of 15 nights or longer, electricity is billed separately at USD $56 per week. This charge is collected at check-in.



Security deposit:



A refundable security deposit may be requested before or during check-in, depending on the platform used to make the reservation. It will be returned following checkout as long as every house rule has been respected.



Rental agreement:



Every reservation requires the guest to sign a rental agreement after the booking is confirmed.



Outdoor security cameras:



Exterior surveillance cameras are installed around the property for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home.



Neighboring dogs:



Dogs at neighboring properties may occasionally be audible.



Interior doors:



Please leave all interior doors unlocked. Management does not have keys for these doors, and any necessary locksmith visit will be charged to the guest.

House rules



- The person booking the property must be at least 21 years old.

- Smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis inside the home is prohibited. Recreational drug use is not allowed anywhere on the property. A violation will result in a USD $300 penalty.

- Parties, events, excessive noise, and loud music after 10:00 p.m. are prohibited.

- The number of occupants must match the reservation. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.

- Tents and other temporary structures may not be placed anywhere on the property.

- Guests are financially responsible for property damage and any additional cleaning required after departure.

- A valid government-issued identification document may be requested before or during check-in.

- Furniture must remain in its original location.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Do not sit on upholstered furniture while wearing wet swimwear. Charges will apply for staining, mold, or other resulting damage.

- Before leaving, close and lock every exterior door and window. Failure to secure the home at checkout will result in a USD $50 penalty.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the home, private terraces, and Las Colinas Pool. Only access to Puerto club.
