'When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. 'Manuel was very responsive, and Carlos brought us what we needed. For a group of 5 or 6, this is a perfect stay. Water is provided free, just message Manuel and he’ll make it happen. The space was excellent and it should be mentioned that you are next to a farm which has a donkey, roosters and numerous chickens. But as far as a cultural experience, you’re 100% certain to get that here :)'

'We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). 'Really great spot that is walking distance to town. A lot quieter and less busy than downtown. fantastic pool. Noisy neighbours (barn animals) so I recommend bringing ear plugs. The space has everything you need. '
