'We stayed at the house end of August. The weather was really nice, warm during the day and chilly at night. The house overall was nice, clean and well equipped. The road to the house is interesting… dirt road thought the woods and you have to cross a small creek. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The town itself is bit boring, nothing really there to see or do. It’s a perfect location if you’re planning on staying at the house and Anjou the beautiful view in the back. We had a great time....

'If you hope to get away from all the noise of life, this is the place to stay! Quiet, secluded, and lots of nature and wildlife... We really enjoyed being out on the lake with the boat provided. We saw a Bald Eagle, giant turtles, deer, and beavers. Fishing is great also. I was hoping for better communication from the host. When reaching out with a question or concern, the host would not get back to me until the next day, in one instance did not respond at all. '

'We could not have asked for a better cottage or location. We wanted to go somewhere and relax, and this was it. It was far enough away to feel off the grid, but close enough to(very cute and friendly) mom and pop’s. Having kayaks and canoes there was amazing, we got to start our mornings with some exploring of the lake. The fish were biting every time we set up on the dock. 'Stay met our goal of easy access to Elk Mountain Skiing. More dated than anticipated with an eclectic collection of towels, dishes, coffee cups. Price very reasonable. '
