'Het hotel heeft een top locatie en een geweldig dakterras. Het eten en het personeel is super. Het is een schoon, modern, mooi ingericht hotel. Het einge nadeel was dat wij een kleine kamer hadden boven de keuken en er een open trap verbinding was met onze etage en de lobby waardoor er veel geluid was. Ook was er de hele tijd gebrom van airco's van andere kamers en hadden wij uitzicht op troep. Dit viel ons heel erg tegen en verstoorde onze nachtrust. Er was helaas geen andere kamer beschikbaar....

Las habitaciones super limpias, con mil detalles nos recibieron, una botella de bienvenida, fue el cumpleaños de mi hijo y mandaron un pastel - realmente increíble atención y súper súper súper ubicado!! 'The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. '

I would definitely stay here on my next visit. Two things.... the front desk manager with the high puff hairstyle is absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel does not use/have washcloths. Breakfast was included with my room, but be sure to order things exactly how you want if you are not used to the Colombian way to...

"We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast.
We booked a room with clublounge access and this was the only part that could be better. The (sparkling) wines were very sweet and did not taste good. The food offering in the evening was very limited, but the quality was decent. They also have cocktails, but they did not advertise that you have to make them yourself. After some help from chatGPT we found some nice combinations with the drinks that were on offer. But we would not choose clublounge again here. Was kind of an disappointment.
The rest (room, breakfast, service, pool) was perfect!"

Sustainability is a major consideration and it is highly desirable to take this into account at the request of the hotel. We did not eat in the hotel. Beds are lovely, air conditioning cools well. Bathroom is spacious and equipped with various care products. Close to the center and within walking distance of approximately 4 km to Getsemania."

"Van buiten verwacht je het niet, maar het hotel is een verademing in de stad. Meteen in de lobby heerst er rust, het is modern en we werden altijd vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen bij vragen. Niks was teveel moeite. De locatie is prettig vlakbij de Ciudad Amurallada en aan de rand van Getsemaní.
Onze kamer was zeer ruim, lekker bed en alles in goede staat, plus een fijne douche.
Het ontbijtbuffet op het dakterras was uitgebreid en lekker, plus een aanvulling op bestelling. Het zwembad is groot heeft een super uitzicht op Bocagrande.
Ik zou hier zeker weer teruggaan!"
